I have been going to this establishment since moving back from FL in 2022. I must say that the service is superb! My nails are always done right! And the designs are always on point. I keep forgetting what the ladies' name is, but she works the fourth table on your right. This place is no frills, so just acrylic and gel. They also do eyebrow. Did I mention their prices? Amazing! They Cut My Toes and Polished Over My Bloody Toe. Do Not Go Here. Tammy's Nail Salon used to be my go-to nail salon, for the location, quality of service, and pricing. However, over the last 5 years, the quality of service has declined, the massage chairs don't work, the nail techs are hostile, and the prices are not worth the quality. I stopped going for about two years due to the decline in service, it was a last-minute choice out of desperation for an event I had the next day, so I decided to return on 12/6/24. My usual person is Mary, but she was unavailable so I had to receive a pedicure and a manicure from another technician. About 20 minutes into my pedicure the technician was causing pain. I attempted to let her know, but because she didn't speak English, another technician came over to assist but was also limited in speaking English, but seemed to help the technician understand better. Unfortunately, towards the end of the pedicure service, I noticed that my second toe on my left foot was bleeding and the technician polished it and continued polishing with the same nail polish 757. I immediately alerted the owner Tammy to come and address my concerns due to the clear health violations and concern about infection. During this process, I was soaking off my nails in preparation for my manicure. The owner Tammy came over, stating that the nail tech does not speak English. I stated that you don't need to speak English to know that assistance is needed when someone is bleeding. There were no gloves worn, she attempted to put some nail ointment on with a piece of cotton. I was frustrated and ready to leave, but I was stuck with the acetone-soaked nails and skin. I attempted to complete the manicure service, but another nail tech kept saying things to me like "You should get color powder over dip powder because it's cheaper. I'm trying to save you money". I kept telling her what I wanted even showing her another customer's nails I liked multiple times. She kept saying this would be cheaper". After about 15 minutes of going back and forth, I was just ready for the nightmare to be over. While performing the manicure, somehow she cut herself and didn't notice. Tammy came over because it was almost 7 and asked if I could pay because she had to leave. The price was $110, which was overpriced. I paid and I left. I could share more, but I hope that this is enough to help you make the decision NOT to support Tammy's Nails. read more

No wait time. The older woman with glasses did my pedicure and was very nice. Took her time and did a good job. Manicure staff is very young. VERY BASIC so if you are looking for fancy is this not your salon. However, I would come back. Bad part: SMALL color selection The owner only allows the pedicure massage chair to do one setting and once it turns off that's it- not allowed to use it again. No foot/leg massage comes with the pedicure. No back rub at the drying station. Did a really bad job on my eyebrows. Wouldn't suggest getting them done here. I am so upset. This is one day after getting my nails done at this establishment. They actually began to peel the same day. I called to let Tammy know what was going on with my nails; and she was super cold and not willing to accommodate. My off days (the days I usually come to get my nails done) are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Yesterday, Wednesday, when I came to get my nails done, the gel on my nails were peeling by the evening. When I called Tammy to explain my dilemma (work from 12pm-8:30pm), and then taking my son to school in the morning; she was not trying to hear me out as to why I am unable to come back to the shop until next Tuesday. Talking abt if I come in next Tuesday for correction, I would be charged again. Why?!?!?!?! When my nails are looking like this by day two?! After being a loyal and GENEROUS tip paying customer at this business for the past 5 yrs, I am FLOORED that I am being treated this way! Tammy is GREEDY, does not care abt customers or their nails. I used to go to this nail salon often. Since one of my favorite technicians left, I found somewhere else to go. Today I needed a gel pedicure and didn't want to hassle of making an appointment at my normal place. Big mistake. There was only one person doing the pedicures and she's has always been rude. The pedicure wasn't enjoyable. She cut me and the worst part I saw a roach. Which she knocked off the pedicure chair with her bare hand and proceeded with my feet. 5 minutes later I saw it crawling on the wall. Yuck!! I had to wait 10 minutes for someone else to paint my toe nails for a gel pedicure. Let's just say I will never ever ever go back here. They have fell off so much and their establishment feel icky. read more

The worst!!! I waited for an hour for a pedicure, didn't mind.. that's to be expected on a Saturday. But, what I didn't appreciate was the fact that I was instructed to go sit in the pedicure chair, my water was started, then told that a woman who was receiving a manicure was "almost" done and that needed to move because she was 1st!!!! I explained politely that I had been waiting for an hour with about 10 minutes left on my Parking meter, and that I didn't think it was fair to have me vacate the seat for someone who was "almost" finished!!!! The staff is not friendly and they are very expensive for Low-quality Nails. Very aggressive when removing and doing nails.

This place charges too much and doesn't do that great of a job. If you really want long lasting quality, then you would have to settle for getting gel acrylic tips because those last the longest. Pedicures are not very nice here since they leave your toes very messy. Plus they don't even scrub your feet that much. Try finding somewhere else before you come here. read more

Horrible, this one lady was horrible to me she gave me the stank eye, attitude and she didn't want to take me and she had me sitting down for 2 hours and thirty minutes before she did my nails, and for some unknown reason she did my nails horribly. I've had my nails on for one week and 6 of them fell off in one day. Mind you this is not my first time doing my nails and I've kept my nails for 2 months and no fill ins, so this is awful, I did not pay $30 for nothing and I feel very disrespected. Went there today for a pedicure. It was $15 when it should've been more! The woman was very nice and friendly (I am not sure of her name but she has a deep accent from what I believe to be Jamaica) and respected my wishes on not cutting my cuticles. I didn't even have to wait. She really did get the bad stuff off my feet and shaped them very nicely. No massage but she did go to lengths that I didn't experience at any other nail salons in the area. She exfoliated my calves along with my feet too which I enjoyed. I wish I was rich so I could've tipped her better! read more
