Got my nails done here despite noticing they don't clean their instruments and there pedicure tub has mold on it. The pedicure was fine I mean I just got 1 color gel. Moved on for my manicure and acrylics where one women started my nails. She had to leave so another girl took over. Meaning she removed the nails the girl had already started on and proceeded to do my nails all over. In the end it looked like a toddler did them. I had 4 finger nails pointing all different directions and thick and uneven services. I just cut them all off when I got home. The red flags were there starting with the 2 stars on yelp lol. I'd give her 1 star for being nice lo. Don't go here. If my legs and toes nails don't fall off after this I'll be happy read more

I have received full sets and gel pedicures about a handful of times at this location and have never had an issue until this. This last time i went in was in August, I have been debating whether I should leave a review or not. I was a bit disappointed due to me going in for a gel pedicure and a few days later, one of my toes was hurting and on the corner of the nail it was red, irritated and it hurt to touch. I wasn't sure as to why this happened then I remembered I had gotten a pedicure and I remember seeing there was not a plastic covering that was used for the bowl. It could've also been misuse of the pedicure tools. A day after noticing my toe that way, I seen that it had a pimple like bump on the corner and I popped it and pus came out. It hurt very bad and I was in shock! This has never happened to me getting pedicures here nor anywhere else. I guess this is just what happens when someone does their job incorrectly. After noticing the tech not use a insert for the pedicure bowl I should've decided not to proceed. My toe is currently healing and the skin has dried out now that it's been a few weeks. I will not be returning again, I am very disappointed! I even had to remove the gel color the best I could due to it chipping after the first week. read more

Avoid at all cost. Asked for mani and pedi. Mani was fine but once I sat in the chair for the pedi the person who did my mani had an appointment and left me in chair for close to an hour saying "one of the ladies would take care of me shortly". I finally had to get up and leave. They had two other people waiting to be sat with no extra people to assist. In addition, the place was filthy and extremely questionable on sanitation standards. This nail shop is in the heart of an Albuquerque hood and why I chose to go to it, I guess to try to save a buck. Well you get what you pay for friends. DO NOT GO near this crapshoot. read more

I stopped in after work to get a gel manicure after reading a couple of their reviews. I had dip powder on my nails and wanted it removed and gel polish instead. The service was rushed and the lady taking care of me even broke one of my nails trying to rush through getting my dip off. The gel manicure is sloppy. Anh, the owner of this place, does her best to ensure every customer walks out of her shop happy. I love that you can bring your own nail designs and they will do them for you. They use quality gel polish, too, which lasts me at least a month. They're also awesome at waxing eyebrows into a shape that flatters the face. The place is also very clean! read more

VERY VERY VERY disappointed! Went in for a new set and the lady said she couldnt do it mid ways into doing my nails but said she has a better idea! I had to come home and fix my nails because they were very ugly! Not even a week later and they started lifting from the bottom couldn't even do my hair without them getting caught in my hair! And to top it off I brought my niece with me and they said her nails were too small to do any design to, not even a simple flower on her nails! never ever going here again! I have been going to this salon for years and have always loved it because they are quick, affordable and do a good job. Now that they are under new management, I went for an eyebrow waxing and the lady did a decent job but on my right eyebrow she literally waxed off my skin. She didn't say anything when it happened and I didn't see it till I got to my car. I personally didn't notice right away because my skin was still a little red but she was closer to face and could have at least said something. Very disappointed in the service and care of their customers. I will be finding a new place and not retuning. read more

I walked in today at 3 PM and asked how long the wait would be for a pedicure. They said 15-20 minutes. 1 hour later I still have not had my pedicure started. The woman who was going to help me decided she wouldn't because another woman walked in. Being as I'm a single mother and have a hard time getting a baby sitter time is of the essence!
