Tv was playing Jeopardy and then Wheel of Fortune (love!), the tech doing my pedicure was a little rough on my big toe (semi-ingrown toenail situation) but my skin didn't bleed, unlike at some other salons. I was overall grateful for the digging underneath the top of the nail to get out the gunk. Good selection of colors for both gel and regular polishes. The tech checked in with me periodically through the pedi to make sure I was ok (did I want my nails shorter, if I liked the color, was the water temp ok...the usual questions). Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten if you could even call it a pedicure didn't even soak for like 2 seconds than i asked for square shape didn't get square instead got round and crooked. Not to mention the guy cut my pinky toe when i asked for just a slight trim he cut to much and cut me. Than the so called leg massage was more like just him putting lotion on my leg for literally 2 min each leg. Staff was completely rude. I also asked for French tip but the person I got didn't know how to do it so instead I had to settle for full color I didn't even want than on most of my toes the person did not even polish the whole toe nail. Than they didn't even do a scrub off on bottom still left rough areas on foot anyway the complaints could go on and on moral of the story save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I just randomly stopped in because I was early for an appointment. A very sweet woman named Helen did a pedicure for me. She probably gave me the best pedicure that I've ever had. When she massaged the moisturizer in she spent a noticeably longer amount of time than anyone else ever has and really did a great massage. (I am VERY ticklish, and she managed to to an amazing massage without me feeling uncomfortable. Impressive!) I was very happy with how everything looked and felt. She was very gentle, but took care of all my rough spots. I would definitely return and recommend to friends!!! Btw- the "brute" of a man mentioned in other reviews was no where to be found. I HATE HATE HATE going to salons that give me an appointment time and then make me wait for 20 minutes or more and ask me to sit and pick a color. I rarely have enough time as it is to get my nails done so waiting usually throws off my whole day. This place won't take a walk in if they don't have time and always takes appointments right away. I got a mani-pedi. The guy who did the work was professional and fairly time efficient. Unfortunately the manicure started chipping in less than a week. The pedicure lasted much longer. I really like this place BUT there is a man that works there who is horrible. All the women have gentle hands and are very respectful and friendly as well as provide quality nail services--a regular mani/pedi here will last longer than a gel mani/pedi from another salon. They sanitize their tools and open a new set for every client. Now to move on to the not so great: The man is a brute--this last occasion he was very rough pushing back cuticles/filing/ grabbing my feet/toes and pulling them to paint them to make it easy on him and the final straw is that he 1) used his own nail to wipe nail polish off and 2) scratched my toe with it. I had a discussion with the owner who was empathetic--she takes these concerns seriously. Went here with a girlfriend to get a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. We made no appt, but we were able to be seated next to each other immediately. Place is pretty small, but seemed clean. My girlfriend's water was too cold and they had to add hot water and mine was the opposite. I wasn't able to keep my feet in because it was too hot. Not much conversation between I and the person that was doing my feet, which I guess is fine since it was nice to relax in the massage chair and talk to my girlfriend. The person that was assisting me had to answer the phone, so I asked the person who was doing my friends feet if they had a Deluxe Pedicure with the paraffin. The lady had no idea what I was asking. She was talking to another lady, but I had no idea what she was saying. Finally the lady that was doing my feet came back and overheard what I was asking. I think more people would get the Deluxe pedi if they asked, but we weren't offered. Not a bad price for $30. Not much of a selection of nail polish, though. I brought up 2 because I wanted to see how they look, but immediately was advised that one was an old color and couldn't use it and the other one was too sheer, so I was asked to look again....OK? Found a color, asked for a flower, which she did a pretty good job. In all, I guess I was pretty satisfied and I would probably come back again. Maybe bring my own color this time. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I've been going here for years now. I typically get nails usually cost around $40-50. I went in and they did my nails and when I went to check out they told me it would be $70. I questioned her what the breakdown was. she told me $10 for design and $15 gems. In the past its never been that much usually $10 for everything. I told her this is what I usually get and you've never charged me that much. Then she told me it was going to be $5 more if I used my credit card (so $75). I asked her if their credit card fees went up, she said no they were always $5. (I don't recall paying that much) I was really upset and told her that I wasn't paying that much and asked for Nina, She said Nina was out of town. She offered me $3 off and on 1/2 off the credit card fee. I paid and gave her a $4 tip (I usually tip really well). I left really upset. I will NEVER go back. I have referred so many friends so this was really disappointing. I went to another salon and asked them how much they would have charged me and they quoted me $55 for all and told me the credit card fee is 3%. So it should have been $2.10. My friend told me she had just got a Mani and Pedi with Gel and a design on each nail and they charged her $70 total for both. Proof they overcharged me!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

I love that they don't constantly talk to each other in a language I don't understand. It makes for a much more comfortable experience.
