We only came here because of the amazing things a friend said about this place but who would of thought nothing she said was true. Me and my mom came to get are nails done me only getting my fingers and toenails done and my mom just her toes. We came in the they were nice at first but we waited for a while and when I finally started getting my nails done they were done poorly I didn't want gel but that's what they gave me and they charged us for the gel we never wanted. But the worst came when we were getting are toenails done, first the nail tech was doing a women's toes but she accidentally cut her and made her bleed, I get it accidents happen. But when it came to her about to work on my moms nails she never I mean NEVER cleaned the tools which was exposed to blood!!!! and she worked on my moms feet ignoring the all the request my mom wanted and did a horrible job on my poor mom. Then when she was done with my mom she still DIDN'T CLEAN THE TOOLS so I'm getting my toes done with dirty tools. And when my mom tried to call her out she got mad and said they clean them even though not once did she ever get up to clean them she did three people in a row non stop. THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE EVER. Never come here unless you want to get sick. We payed for this service absolutely disgusted I will never I mean never come here again. I have been coming to this nail salon for over 12 years. The family (Lynn, Alex and Henry) treated me like family and always had amazing service. They fed me and treated me amazing. - over the last 5 months I've seen their treatment of customers decline. I call ahead and schedule appointments, to have other customers without appointments put in front of me having me stay at the salon over two hours, sometimes 3 hours. They don't even ask if I'm okay waiting while they help someone else, they just leave me in the middle of my service to help the other person. Today was the final straw, in the middle of my pedicure the owner pulled the person I had an appointment with to help her client, showing me she has no value for me or my business. It is super unfortunate because Helen is amazing at her job- she adds extra touches that the others in the salon don't. I shared my concern and was told that the other client had called 4 times- not sure how that matters when I scheduled an appointment. Just reiterated that she values that client over my business. I left today telling them I wouldn't be returning. They could of said sorry, let me make it up to you with a discounted service for my next appointment and made sure it didn't happen again, but instead they made excuses and let me leave. I got nothing, so I'll be giving my business to someone who values their customers. read more

This place took so long and Lea the older lady with the glasses really fucked up my nails so badly I cried when I left. She cut all 5 fingers on my left hand. I went right Back in and asked her to fix them or give me a refund she got mad n defensive. So the younger male nail tech fixed them for me it took him 30 min to file them down to look less bubbly and another 10 min to even then all out so u can only imagine how messed up they were if it took that long to fix. read more

I have tried many nail places in NM. And I have never been as disappointed or upset. I come in once a month for about 5-6 months... And today was such a disaster. I showed Alex my design i would like and to communicate to me if he was gonna do anything else. He put iridescent powder on two of my fingernails. Which I did not like and had asked him to do something else, instead of being understanding that he made a mistake, he treated me with the worst respect I have ever seen from him and he did not finish my manicure. He changed the two fingernails and sent me off instead of putting cuticle oil and massaging my arms because I had asked for a manicure as well. He got mad at me because I did not like what he did, and asked for something else. He rushed to finish those two fingernails, was very rough with me and was rude to me because I did not like what he did. These people are horrible it. They paint one toe at a time. They aren't clean. She literally washed my feet with soap. And this pedicure was so not relaxing at all. Don't come here! I got a regular manicure and it took over an hour and it came out horrible. Two of my nails got pricked so bad that they bled for 5-10 minutes and the technician couldn't get it to stop bleeding except by putting globs of nail polish on top of the cuts. Because of this two of my nails are messy and bloody and painted all over my finger beds and skin, as well as blood stained around the back of my nail. The other fingers are globby and not clean and streaky and just a horrible job despite them not bleeding or having issues. For over an hour regular non gel manicure it is completely ridiculous how they turned out and honestly was a waste of my time and money. I constantly work with my hands and therefore to get my nails done is a luxury I am unaccustomed to and look forward to. Overall I'm incredibly disappointed with this visit and honestly wish for my money back and that I went somewhere else.
