    Lost Dreams ..

This nail salon is kinda hard to find. It's in a strip mall on the far left side, all the way at the end. I had a great experience. No wait and my pedicure looks great. Fast and easy. The only thing I didn't like was, they told me a pedicure was $35.00 but they charged me $38.69. I think that might have been because I paid with a card instead of cash? They accept walk-ins though so you might have to wait if they're busy.

I got the classics pedicure with gel polish. The classic scrub was mediocre. The massage was non existent. The gel polish was sloppy and rushed. I had to point out missed areas on my big toe. She rushed through the whole pedicure in 15 minutes. She didn't even let the polish completely cure before moving to light to the next foot. While cutting my cuticles, she was looking at the door while she was cutting, I had to make sure she wasn't going to cut me. When I left, I had leftover polish around my pinky toes and big toes. When I mentioned how fast she was going, I was completely ignored. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this was disappointing. I understand my mistake on going before a holiday, but I didn't expect it to be this awful. Had I gotten her name, I would have mentioned it.

This was the worst nail experience I've had with acrylics in the last 10 years that I've gotten my nails done. First off, instead of soaking my previous acrylic nails...the man decided he wanted to pop every single one of my nails off with another acrylic which happened to be excruciatingly painful! Not only that, but they didn't have the two colors I asked for (brown with a clear base). He cut me with the nail file on 4 of my fingers and by the time I pulled away, he continued to do it. He burned my nail with the drill multiple times and never asked once if I was okay or tried to be gentle, even after I pulled away and said ouch on multiple occasions. I'm very upset and what they look like because they are also crooked. I paid $70 for this. Pics are what I asked for & what I got

Great place - very clean and friendly staff. The guy who worked on my nails was a little bit rough and got file happy but my daughter got a free nail sticker for her birthday which was really nice.

Went for a simple pedicure and only waited ten minutes. Very skilled technician, pleasant atmosphere. Ask for Cindy, she's great.

Good experience with the pedicure that I received. Friendly staff. Rated it a three star only because the facility is run down.

Wow! This place is a treat! Surprisingly popular with men too (I overheard one customer talking…read moreabout how she wished her husband would come get his feet cleaned up because she always sees other men here, and during my visit I saw one man who was probably in his 60's finishing up before me, then while I was waiting for my ride another man who was probably in his early 80's!). My nail tech was fantastic. I appreciated that the tools used came out of one of those blue sanitary packs (post service I was offered the files that were used for my feet and toes to take home), and the products used were quality too. The scrub smelt delicious (fall/pumpkin season inspired) and felt perfect (not too rough, not too delicate). The polishes offered are Ella & Mila (I don't recall what the gel offerings were). I got the most expensive pedicure available at the time (#TreatYoSelf) as I was in town for a wedding and wanted to do something a little luxurious. After tax it was $75. Yes Natural Nail Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY but if there's no appointments available you can always try checking the following day (that's what I did; I checked on a Wednesday with no luck and then when I looked again on Thursday there suddenly was a Friday appointment available). The vibe is luxury without being uppity. Wish we had a place like this in Reno, NV! What a treat!

I couldn't hold my legs upright to accommodate her work station and I asked her to scoot her chair back so I could extend my keg and had something to hold it up, but she didn't. So, I was left in a situation where I had to accommodate her instead of her accommodating me.. 2. I booked the Signature Gel Pedicure, which was supposed to be an hour and a half, she finished in an hour. 3. The callous removal lasted less than 30 seconds on each foot and she used soft strokes like a feather, nothing that would actually make my feet softer 3. The "extended" hydrating massage was 3 minute on one foot and 2 minutes on the other, I assumed "extended" would have lasted much longer. 4. I asked her what type of oil she was using, and she told me it was a "blend", i specifically used them because I wanted a more natural botanical product on my skin and so I asked because I really wanted to know what type of oil

I have an upcoming trip this weekend and I went in today to get a soak off, new set, and a…read morepedicure. I was seen and one of the lady's told me "we'll take your nails off, and if it hurts too much then we'll do a soak off instead". I was shocked and confused by this, but I continued with the service. The technician then ripped my nails off one by one. She placed a nail tip underneath my existing acrylic and used a fast, ripping motion to remove my nails. By the second nail I saw tons of blood, which she just said "I'm so sorry" and continued to rip my other ones off. I then looked closer at my bleeding middle finger to find multiple layers of my nail ripped off - completely uninhabitable for a nail tip to be put on for my new set. The entire experience of her ripping my nails off was extremely painful. I then told them I no longer wanted the service, just to please remove the remaining polish. She then, without letting me know, put a huge squeeze of nail glue on my open wound in my nail. It burned so bad and my nail was throbbing for a couple hours following. I am extremely heartbroken and disappointed. I wanted to have my nails done for this weekend, and not only did she damage my nails and ruin them completely, she took away the ability to even get my nails done for a few months until I let my nail heal. I understand mistakes happen - and I'm not sensitive to having a small cuticle cut every once in a while - but this was pure mistreatment. I am fully capable of taking my own nails off at home, which is why I choose to go to the salon and get a gentle soak off instead. I never once felt listened to nor felt cared for as a customer.
