The menu is basically built around a create your own pasta concept. They even have a display board they bring out to show you what all of the pastas look like. I picked the tagliatelle with arrabiata sauce and was not disappointed. The pasta tasted fresh and the sauce had the perfect amount of kick, which is on the high end.
