    Bacon pizza

My cousin has a thing for pizza so when he visits Atlanta, I know we're grabbing pizza. The places we've been have sucked. Pizza Bella is easily the best pizza ATL has to offer. It's a small place, only a few tables inside. Crispy, airy crust. Affordable, lots of options. Had a small bacon pizza which came with full strips (WIN!) and lots of cheese. I also got a gyro wrap which was equally as cheap and tasty. I'll take my cousin and he'll be so happy. The woman behind the counter was kind and attentive. This is where you want to get pizza. I'll be back.

Hands down the best pizza place in the area. You can definitely tell that the owner has spent time in Europe. Not only does he serve exquisite gyros (we call them "kebab" in France), but he also masters the art of pizza like only a few others in the city. His pizza dough is fluffy, aerial and tanned to the perfection in his brick oven -- and here, I have to say that he knows his oven and how to use it. I have been disappointed in the United States by Italian places bragging about their brick ovens, but the owner of Pizza Bella has proved that with passion and talent, you can bring excellent pizza to this city. He is always accommodating to special requests and the food he serves is always worth it. The service is fast, friendly and makes you want to spend some time in the restaurant. The prices are more than reasonable, adding that he proposes a discount for Emory students and employees. A very special mention to the Margherita. This is the original pizza everyone should try when they come to a pizzeria for the first time. Pizza Bella's Margherita is topped with a delicious homemade tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil -- do not hesitate to ask for extra fresh basil, added after the pizza went in the oven. This is how you recognize that this place is most definitely the best food spot in the area. I honestly have no negative points to add, this spot has become my favorite. I only wish that people come and spend some time in the restaurant -- TVs are on for sports, but I would recommend to take your time to discuss with the owner, who is a great host and deserves all the best for this small family owned business.

Pizza Bella is always the best! It's placed right next to the Kroger off of Briarcliff in Druid Hills. They have a great variety of pizza and great entrees/ side. We typically get wings and a pizza from Pizza Bella. The wings do not disappoint !! I am a huge wing lover and Pizza Bella's wings are in my Top 3 for favorite wings. Their pizzas are always great as well. The dough is typically cooked perfectly and tHe toppings taste nice and fresh. We usually pick our order up from the restaurant.(Im not a huge fan of delivery) The inside is well taken care of and the employees are kind/ welcoming. I'd say the wait time at Pizza Bella is your average Atlanta Pizza wait time. But luckily if you go pick it up and have to wait you can always go get some groceries right next door at Kroger. If you haven't tried Pizza Bella yet please do! It definitely is worth the try.

If you want an authentic Neapolitan style pizza, this is the place. The owner is a really nice guy who knows how to make the perfect pizza pie. He uses a brick oven which adds a nice char to the crust. It takes me back to my trips to Italy. This is definitely my favorite pizza spot in Atlanta. I cannot enough good things about this place. I just hope you can try it!

This pizza is so delicate and delicious, the Gyro is savory and nummy. The garlic sauce is really good. The chef was very friendly, talkative and prompt. This pizza is definitely a must if you wanna eat like a Viking on a budget!

Valet is complimentary which is great and they provide directions for how to get in to the restaurant. The hostess was super nice and our table just needed a few minutes to get cleaned off. Once seated, we settled on a good bottle of Malbec to drink which was delicious. For an appetizer, we got the mussels which were probably some of the best mussels I have ever had using the bread to soak up the sauce was divine. Truly delicious. For the pasta, I got the the tortelli de vitello which was so good. Some of us at the table also tried the shrimp linguine which was delicious and so fresh as well as the chicken parm which was MASSIVE and came with a great side of pasta. We also tried the little pasta shells/ears with sausage and broccolini and it was delish. Truly these dishes were stunning and cannot wait to have it again! To wrap up the dinner, we got some coffees and the tiramisu... Which was delicious and as stunning as everyone says. Overall, this meal was divine. The vibes of the restaurant really bring it up because it is so calm and classic and just such a great place for a lovely meal. 10/10

Free small parking lot in front. Free extra parking across the street. The total was about $150 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and a dessert. Pros The quiet, intimate, and classy atmosphere was exactly what I needed for my family. When we first arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait outside. However we were given continuous updates on when the table would be ready, they apologized, and they were very understanding. Considering we were a large party in an intimate space, we understood and only waited about 20 minutes before the table was ready. You could tell the food was fresh, the orders came fast, and the service was amazing. The fresh in house pasta took everything to the next level. It was the perfect night out. Cons The establishment is intimate so I do not think it would ideal for extra large parties. I had a party of 8 at 8PM but I dont know if they could have accomodated us if it was any earlier during prime dinner time. I wish they had a better parking situation but its not bad and its free. Needless to say, we enjoyed our experience here for dinner. Husband and I came to celebrate my birthday - he was a bit upset they didn't offer anything for my birthday even though he notated it on the reservation, but I didn't really care for it as I don't like having the attention on me. This place is hard to miss as it's right on Roswell Rd. There is complimentary valet parking available, but there's also free parking at a deck just a few steps away from the restaurant entrance. We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we walked in and the restaurant was already very busy for a Saturday 6 pm dinner. Our server was fine, and the food was decent. I opted for the blackberry fiz mocktail, which was super sweet at first, but with a good mix, it was super refreshing. For starters, we shared the eggplant balls (a must get here!) and the bread service. The eggplant balls were definitely shareable and were probably our favorite thing we ate. The bread service you could probably skip - we wish it was served with vinegar instead of just oil and an olive tapenade. For entrees, I ordered one of the dinner specials, grilled branzino served with broccolini and potatoes. My husband ordered the ravioli. I really enjoyed the branzino, it was tender and the skin was cooked crispy. I loved that the broccolini was charred enough, but wish the potatoes were cooked a bit more. The capers added the needed saltiness to the dish, though I wish this was served with lemon or something to balance out the flavors. My husband enjoyed his ravioli but found it too heavy with the cream sauce. We thought this was a decent place for dinner, but nothing really stood out besides the eggplant balls.

After expressing that I was open to any variety of dishes, in hopes of venturing out from my "usual" of chicken parmigiana, Linda made several very thoughtful recommendations. I am personally not a huge fan of mushroom taste, but the dish was not mushroom forward at all and the Marsala sauce was perfect. I also tried the cannellini beans after both Linda and her counterparts insisted that it's the most underrated dish on the menu and there were absolutely correct! I could have eaten the beans as my main dish and been perfectly happy. I finished it all off with the tiramisu, which was the perfect balance of sweetness and a very authentic taste about it! Anyone who knows me personally knows that I don't eat leftovers, but I reheated my leftovers on the stove and it was just as great as the night before - making the dishes well worth their value!
