    Cheese Calzone and Cheese Stick
    Kimberly G.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share our honest experience. Ralph picked up our dinner tonight, and unfortunately we had mixed results. My calzone was very overcooked to the point that I wasn't able to eat it. Ralph ordered the chicken parmesan, which was actually good. However, the spaghetti that came with it was disappointing and reminded him of SpaghettiOs in both texture and flavor.

Came here for a late night food pick up. I ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. There is plenty of seating in the dining room. The service is slow, my order took a while. The pizza was just OK for me, lacked flavor, crust wasn't as crispy as I would've liked. The pasta was overcooked.

I had a petty good lunch then I ordered garlic knots to go in addition to some I ordered for lunch and when I got home, this is what I got...burnt rolls!! You all actually sent me home with these?? So disappointed...

I was craving ooey cheesy Italian goodness and this place delivered! If you're wanting a Brooklyn Italian place, then this is the place to go. Affordable prices in the buckhead area with great eats. Also unassuming so can show up in your street clothes and still have a great time. Tortellini alla Panna- a good cheesy tortellini dish. If you're wanting just pure cheese and carbs then this is the equivalent of some cheesy white sauce mac and cheese goodness. Tagliatelle alla Romana- Fettuccine with chicken, prosciutto, and portobello mushrooms in a rose sauce. The rose sauce is what makes this dish stand out as the rose sauce creates that bright tang that keeps things balanced. Eggplant Roletini- stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach in tomato sauce topped with mozzarella This was a clear winner out of all the dishes we ordered. The eggplant breading was incredible and the side of tomatoey marinara pasta contrasted nicely with what would have been a heavier eggplant dish. 2 large stacks of eggplant with that crucial amount of ricotta and spinach was excellence. One of the best eggplant italian dishes I've had in a long time. Staff was attentive and friendly and laid back. Area is very unassuming and felt like a canteen but the food was very good. Would come back for that eggplant dish.

Service was horrible. Pizza was horrible. I'm spend a lot of time in NY and this isn't it. Over priced. Just because you have Buckhead location doesn't make you over charge for trash pizza. I'll never be back ever. Buyer beware.

Food was really good. I like ordering slices as the bottom comes out crispy. When you walk in the place is clean. Staff friendly and come to check up on you. The lasagna pizza was a welcome change and the sauce was lasagna sauce instead of regular pizza. It was excellent. I also like that you get the full range of salt pepper oregano cheese hot pepper and garlic powder at the table.

My wife and I decided to check this place out and was not disappointed! The food is phenomenal, very fresh ingredients and a good pizza. The staff and owner were very nice, answered all our tedious questions along with giving us recommendations. If you have the time, stop by for food made with love and great ambiance!

Absolutely bomb! Staff were friendly and helped give me some suggestions on what to order. A casual ambiance. I got the meatball sandwich. Savory and cheesy. Came with either fries or a salad. The portions were pretty big! I was surprised. Would definitely come here again!

I put in the notes of my reservation that it was my birthday and everyone stopped by my table and greeted me with a warm happy birthday. That was a really nice touch. My waitress offered me a free glass of champagne for my birthday and I definitely wasn't gonna turn that down. I got the veal meatballs as my appetizer. I love that they were weren't heavy and dense. They were very light and delicious. I also chose the chopped salad, but I wanted it to come out with my entrée. The chopped salad was good. Had pepper notes to it. The only thing I would do next time is ask for it not to be green peas in it. Just because I'm not a fan. For my entrée I got the cannelloni. The lamb shoulder inside was so tender. It was very cheesy and delicious. It also had green peas in it, which I didn't pay attention to on the menu. I would also ask for there not to be green peas in the kennel only again that's just my taste. But that did not stop me from eating it all. I also had the blood orange margarita which was really good. This was my first time at this restaurant, but it definitely will not be the last. I loved the vibe of the restaurant.

I wasn't exactly sure who my server was, as multiple people visited my table, but they got the job done. The food was fine, but nothing stellar. I ordered the baked clams, which were pretty small and costs 18.95. It was one of the only appetizers I wanted, as their menu is pretty short. However we were given continuous updates on when the table would be ready, they apologized, and they were very understanding. Considering we were a large party in an intimate space, we understood and only waited about 20 minutes before the table was ready. This place is hard to miss as it's right on Roswell Rd. There is complimentary valet parking available, but there's also free parking at a deck just a few steps away from the restaurant entrance. We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we walked in and the restaurant was already very busy for a Saturday 6 pm dinner. Our server was fine, and the food was decent. I opted for the blackberry fiz mocktail, which was super sweet at first, but with a good mix, it was super refreshing. For starters, we shared the eggplant balls (a must get here!) and the bread service. The eggplant balls were definitely shareable and were probably our favorite thing we ate. The bread service you could probably skip - we wish it was served with vinegar instead of just oil and an olive tapenade. For entrees, I ordered one of the dinner specials, grilled branzino served with broccolini and potatoes. My husband ordered the ravioli. I really enjoyed the branzino, it was tender and the skin was cooked crispy. I loved that the broccolini was charred enough, but wish the potatoes were cooked a bit more. The capers added the needed saltiness to the dish, though I wish this was served with lemon or something to balance out the flavors. After standing in a busy walkway for an extended amount of time, we were finally seated. Our table was in a good location in the restaurant but we did have to deal with a bit of wobbling that was fixed by the server and a few gnats and flies. Our server was very nice and very informative as we ordered but seemed to get distracted at times due to how busy the restaurant was. Although we were initially given one, the hostess. She was apparently new. She had a conversation with a server and then returned to tell us that we had to remain at the bar because we started there, and cannot transfer to a table. It was clear that the decision appeared to be based on protecting a server's section and earning potential rather than providing guest service. When I asked for a manager, the situation was not handled appropriately, and it was obvious that servers are in control of this restaurant, not management. Unbeknownst to me after all these years. A restaurant should prioritize its guests--not allow server preferences to dictate the guest experience. After years of loyalty and substantial spending, this experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning, and it is unfortunate that such a long-standing family tradition ended this way.
