He went on to tell me how much work they do...and wanted my full address for just an estimate. They weren't sending anyone out to look at the scope of work. I told him the city and that information should've been all he needed to give me a quote unless they needed to send someone out. As a woman, I need to be careful who I give out my address to, and his rudeness and disrespect was not appreciated. He dismissed me saying he didn't want to work with me. That isn't a problem since I was in the process of getting bids for my job. There are many drywall companies out there. This company won't ever get my business, and I will be sure to share my experience with co-workers, friends and family. This behavior wasn't warranted and there is enough anger in this world right now without getting belittled by a man.

Although I was expecting a phone call to schedule the job, two workers arrived the first morning after the plumbers were done. They got right to work once I showed them what needed to be addressed. It took a few hours, but once done I couldn't tell where the patching had been done had I not seen it before. It was impressive. I couldn't be happier with their work and plan to have them back to finish my garage. Since I didn't have them do any painting, I can't speak to that part of their business, but I can and do recommend PacWest for any drywall work you need done.

If this was too small a project, just letting me know would've been great. Assuming the tenant talks to the landlord is an assumption. Asking me to take measurements and order the door is part of a contractor's job, sorry. Repeat this situ several times with contractors that can't communicate, it took me 3 MONTHS to fix a damn door. Save yourself wasted time and find a contractor that keeps you informed.
