I agree and as someone who grew up in the Philly area it was great to buy a hoagie that was made with an honest to God real hoagie roll. The hoagies themselves were excellent with a proper ratio of meat to fixins. I really liked the sharp provolone; it was a nice contrast between the meats and hot and sweet peppers I got on mine. My wife was also impressed with the taste and freshness of the chicken salad. It's 30 minutes from our home but definitely worth the drive!

They were considerate and of course we were OK with bacon on top of cheese fries :) The only thing I wish was different was the type of French fries they use. We got French fries from the Boardwalk Fries next door and those will forever be my favorite. Wish they used that type of cut potato than what they used. Either way, enjoyed all of the food and hope they continue to thrive!

I also saw that there are a few reviews complaining about the amount of raw onions on the hotdog. Me being of a culture that eats raw onions as a hobby I was immediately interested. So I came in to get a traditional hotdog and some french fries and I was not disappointed. The beef hotdog was actually delicious and a great quality and yes, my hotdog did have mounds and mounds of onion, which is actually how I prefer it. The french fries were abundant and pretty good and thick cut. I am definitely making another stop to this place as we plan another trip to Lancaster Pennsylvania soon perhaps for the breakfast items. The egg sandwiches looked really good.
