Over-cooked and the coating, whatever it was so thick and salty, it was inedible. The vegetables were actually okay and the mashed potatoes were meh but at least we could eat them without worrying about being bombarded with salt. In fact, they could have used some seasoning. What was presented to the bride and groom on their tasting plate was absolutely not what The Festive Board delivered on the wedding day. This company should refund them their money. Be warned, what you see when they're trying to get a contract is not what you get on the day of your wedding.

It was barely warm and it tasted like glue. If there was any type of seafood in the soup it was possibly just the bait they were fishing with. Ordering was fast enough and I went with the Hook & Ladder. It took a while for my food to be ready, but they were not that busy. One of the Freestyle machines was also out of order. As with many places, Firehouse Subs isn't the cheapest place to get a sub, but they are delicious. This one does need a little work, however.
