This is my second visit to this establishment. Again we were greeted as we walked in. We were offered the breakfast specials which we ordered. It was a turkey and scrambled egg sandwich with home fries, and a beef sausage scramble with home fries. The sandwiches were hot and the bread was soft and tasted so buttery good! However, my home fries had a vinegar-ish taste as if the the onions were spoiled so I didn't eat them but my companion did enjoy them so he ate them. Might of been just me? I had a large tea which was great. I loved that they put two tea bags. I update this review from last visit because my companion was very satisfied with his meal. The only negative comment he made was that there were only 3 small slices of beef sausage in his small sandwich.. As for the ambiance of this location it still looks shabby, needs a little makeover. We lucked out in finding a park spot right in front, as someone pulled out as we pulled up. What's more, the meter had 32 minutes left adequate time for us to eat in. When we left the meter maid was doing her rounds but we still had 6 minutes to spare :p read more

Im a very hard to please guy, specially when it comes to how the food taste. Had a spicy Italian panini, highly recomend it, customer service was amazing, food was amazing and quick,deli was immaculate. if you're in the area stop by and support them, I live 45 mins away and plan on coming here more often. My husband and i were walking by talking about food when we were greeted by one of the workers there. She gave us recommendations of the food and she did not disappoint. My husband got the sausage wrap and i got the bacon wrap with strawberry lemonade. When i tell you that this was the best wrap and strawberry lemonade that I've ever had in my life, it's seriously that amazing. The lemonade is freshly squeezed and neither the strawberry or lemonade were overpowering. Everyone in the establishment were friendly and checked on us. Highly recommend! read more

A little disappointed in the quantity VS price. 8$ for a pulled pork lunch special, which tasted good, that was served on a small hot dog roll. 2 small slices of pickles, small hand full of chips and a cookie. 3 pretzels ordered to go... appeared that they ripped apart one pretzel and divide it into 3 cups to go. I've been to Stage Deli twice. Both times they've given out free samples of something which was cool..I've had the veggie wrap and tomato and mozzarella panini. I liked both, but with the panini the chips were not crisp and there's was hardly any included. The tomato bisque soup was also tasty. Service has been friendly and the restaurant is clean. It's small inside, but I've never seen it really crammed. Their chocolate chip cookies are fantastic as well as their rice krispy treats. You can't go wrong with either or. read more

So in my initial review, I said I would be back and so I did go back on Monday, November 24 and had a completely different experience. This was a day of No's. Can I order a mushroom swiss cheeseburger? No. Can I order fries? No. How about that really great macaroni and cheese that you guys make? No. Could I get a philly cheesesteak then? No. If you go into a restaurant and they have nothing in stock that is on their menu, that is a problem. I guess now I won't be back because I really don't want to waste my lunch hour on this. My wife came into town and I told her how great the burgers were here but she didn't get to try them. Huge disappointment and I am also less than happy because she had to pay for parking to not get to try their food. OK I have an update. I think ownership has changed and I have actually been back three times since my first review. I have found the service excellent the last three visits and the food did not disappoint. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty basic but a great value. The Cuban and homemade pasta salad are great. I could use a little more mustard in the potato salad but that's just personal preference. New star rating 4 ... and mad props for being one the day f the hurricane. read more

This is not the first time I've visited stage Deli. After my first few experiences I thought I'd give them anther chance or so before I reviewed them. Today I walked in and that staff was pushy to get me to order and pay as I was still reading the menu. There were only two other customers in the restaurant who had already ordered and were sitting at a table. I ordered the chicken salad on rye. The bread was not rye. The chicken salad was about half grapes half mayo and a small percentage of chicken. Very disappointing. Not only was the actual chicken salad poor quality but only the middle portion of the bread had salad on it- so glad the sandwich was completely dry bread. I will not be going back here after this. Take out the grapes, add in more chicken and please fill the sandwich with salad! read more

I chose middle of the road with the stars because I didn't get to experience it. It is a small place, but clean and comfortable looking, with very limited seating. I wanted to stay to relax and enjoy my lunch, but that was not an option. They must have something going for them though as there were about five people in line, a couple of people waiting on an order, and the seating area was full. I hope that is a sign that the business is doing well. I like to see the little guy making out rather than our money being sent to corporate in another state. Great food. But if you're in a hurry and have a limited time for lunch, don't expect to be able to just grab something premade from their fridge and bolt out the door. You still have to wait in their long line!!! What then I ask is the purpose of having premade items? As county employees, yes, I work right across the street, we often have a limited amount of time for lunch. Worked out okay for me...instead of a $4 sandwich from the deli I paid $2 buck out of the machine at the office. Needless to say I won't be going back there anytime soon. read more
