We chose this company based on all of the 5-star Yelp reviews. We discovered these reviews are deserved. Epic is prompt, efficient, does a good job, and is fairly priced. We had them do all of the carpet and tile (with grout) in a vacant house. Took 3 hrs for a 1500 sq ft property, including carpeted stairs and grout that was quite stained. Since we moved to our apartment, stains have been coming up from the previous tenants. I feel this is because the apartment complex used a cheap carpet cleaner. Epic was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Quoted me $80-$100, but when they got there, they only charged me $75.00. Set up with Brett yesterday, and they came out today. Mitch came and worked on wet dog urine from our carpeting. It took two tries, but he cleaned out the urine and the stink! He didn't charge us for the second attempt. He was hard working and showed up on time. The woman who answers the phone was friendly and checked back each time to see if we were happy with the results. They were also very flexible, when I had to exchange similar sized rooms as I didn't do the entire home, just the most heavily used areas. I had Epic come in to clean carpets in three rooms as well as three area rugs.Two of the rooms in particular were stained and had an odor from several pet accidents. The technician arrived as scheduled, surveyed the situation and went to work. He was fast, polite, and thorough. Unfortunately, when the carpets dried, I was still able to smell urine in the two rooms and could still see a faint stain in one of them. Gabriel the technician came back the following day and redid those two rooms. Apparently, our dog had "accidents" in those spots more than once, and even after the second treatment I was still able to smell urine and see the stain. Gabriel came back again the following day, and this time injected an odor neutralizer into the pad. That did the trick for any odors. Unfortunately the carpet is still stained and we can't fix that. That's no fault of Epic's, though. It's the consequence of cheap carpet and a poorly trained dog. Eric at the Epic office was great to deal with and I appreciated the call backs to check on how things were going. I highly recommend Epic Carpet & Tile Care. Excellent service and price. read more

Brett and the rest of the staff did a great job on my carpet! I had a terribly dirty carpet that had lots of wear from 2 years of apartment living. I was moving out of my apartment and needed my carpet cleaned within a weeks time. Epic Carpet was one of the few places willing to schedule me a time on such short notice. In addition, their estimate was fair and very easy! Overall it was a great experience and the carpet came out even better than expected. I found Epic on the Yelp website. It had nothing but 5 star reviews and now I know why. First, I made an appointment with the owner, Brett. He was friendly and helpful on the phone and quoted me a price with the Yelp discount. The day before the appointment he called to confirm the appointment for the next day. His team was to be at my house between 8 and 8:30am. They arrived promptly at 8. The two technicians were dressed well and were very polite and friendly. They were to clean the master bedroom, the walk in closet and the den/office. These rooms had years of tracking dirt since the are the most heavily used rooms in the house. They did their work very well and were finished in an hour. The cleaned the entry hall floor before they left too. i didn't think they would be finished so fast but they were. The carpet took about 8 or 9 hours to day. They left me little paper booties to use if I had to get into the rooms. The cleaned carpets look brand new again. I can hardly believe it. Brett said he would call me in two or three days to make sure everything was alright and I know he will. I did have one issue. While the carpet was drying, I noticed these waves in the carpet in all three areas. I called Brett to ask him why this was happening. He assured me that when the carpet fully dried, the waves would be gone. He was sure right. When I woke up in the morning, the carpet was laying perfectly flat. The carpet in our rental house was extremely dirty and stained after the renters moved out. We thought we might have to replace it. I called Brent and asked if someone could come out and tell us if it could be cleaned. One of his crew came out and assured us they could clean it. He left us a written estimate and didn't charge a trip fee. Brent sent a two-man crew out to clean the carpet and they did a great job. They never promised they could get all the stains out. They worked hard on the carpet and got almost all the stains out. The few that are left are much less noticeable.
