I was originally skeptical having rescheduled my cleaning for a Friday afternoon. I wasnt sure if the tech would really put the time and effort in on a Friday starting at 4 pm. I was pleasantly surprised. The tech called me ahead of time letting me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He labored intensively putting in alot of time to get my floors (both tile & Carpet) cleaned. The original quote was $250 but it went up to $307 due to me adding in two large floor rugs. They came out great. He spent close to 3 hrs working on my floors and they all look great now. I would highly recommend Epic. Great job. read more

I'm not impressed by the carpet and tile cleaning I had done today--especially for the price. I was still vacuuming up fur and dust when the carpet was dried and it didn't feel any different under my feet either. There is no difference from when I clean using my Hoover Steamvac to the job that was done today, although I feel there should have been with the industrial equipment they used. There is still dirt in my grout lines too which were sealed afterward. read more

First review! Gabriel very respectful coming in and out of my house. Put guards down so he didn't ding things up. Carpet very clean afterwards and I am picky. My office area was charcoal grey dirty on a taupe carpet. Gabe returned a second time to attack this "challenge " area again. He did something and got the dirty streaks out! I will call again as soon as I need a touch up. They are reasonable and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. Rare! I need to update my review. I received a phone call from the office today stating that the owner would respond me half of my money since I was not satisfied with the job that was done here. I really appreciate this business person being reasonable. I did not like to leave nasty reviews but I was pretty upset at the cost of $260 and the carpet was not even clean. I called Mike and he was able to come out a few days later and clean the tile and grout in my house. He came out on Sunday on time. The price he quoted was reasonable to do a house of about 1800 sq ft of 20 inch tile. It took about 2-3 hours which he said it would. I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning especially in high traffic areas like the kitchen. The tile and grout had not been cleaned in years and looked great afterward. I was moving into a brand new house and wanted to have my couch cushions, pillows, chair, and large ottomon cleaned. There was quite a bit of pet hair on the chair and ottoman, and our cat had unforutnately vomited on a cushion that left a stain. I believe the guy's name was Gabe that came out. I made an appointment with Epic, emptied all the furniture out of five rooms and no one showed- no call, no way of contacting them. Be warned that there is no one monitoring the phone. I let the scheduler know through Yelp and there wasn't any follow up. 9/14/13**Like most carpet cleaners, Epic Carpet and Tile Care charge per room-not per square foot. If you have a house like mine and you need couple of tiny rooms cleaned they charge you the full price of a room. I spoke with 2 different people and neither one cared to hear the square footage. I have 500 square feet in 3 areas- 300 sq feet-125 sq feet -75 sq feet. Even though they'll do 600 sq feet for the price of 3 rooms if one of those rooms is larger than 200 sq feet than they charge you AN ENTIRE ROOM for the extra area. Even though one room is tiny. I understand this is common with carpet cleaning and companies will say it's to keep a structured plan- or to have the same rules for each house-or some other excuse. The truth is it helps them charge more. If they charged per square foot they would make less money. Epic Carpet is not different from any other carpet company and I will not use them until they have fair pricing system. 11/2/13**After writing this review the owner called and said he was sorry for the answering service he was using. He said he was chaining his phone call answering because of this and other issues. He said he would be happy to review the rooms and give a fair price. The owner seems sincere and concerned about his company. I felt they gave me good service at a fair price. We may use them again. read more

Epic was FANTASTIC! Called and left a message for a quote and they got back to me shortly after. Quoted an affordable price for a small apartment with a tough pet urine odor and was scheduled within a few days. I expected to have some time to move my furniture out of the way that afternoon but Gabe arrived early and was awesome enough to move everything himself! I was at work so he texted me and let me know he was there and kept me updated all during the process which I really liked! The whole process took about an hour and though they had mentioned it may be an increased price due to the tough pet odor when I got home and looked at the invoice it was the same amount they'd quoted me initially. Awesome! What's better is they called me a few days later to be sure I was completely satisfied! I clean my carpet a few times a year and from now on I'm only using Epic! The pet urine odor had been tackled by multiple companies in the past but never with such success. A great company with great employees. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
