Horrible!! Total waste of money. Only giving 1 star because you can't give 0. Told me they did lots of Saltillo tile but could not be true. All they did was use machine to go over tile. You could even seen in corners where machine couldn't get into. We had never had old Saltillo tile so didn't know what it could look like. Called in Bruce from Tomson flooring and he never said anything bad about them but that he could do better. And boy could he!!! We learned it takes a lot of hard work, on your hand and knees scrubbing each tile like Bruce did. Look at the difference in the pictures We calledcomplain but michael answered who was the one cleaned our floors. He said owner was out of town and we left message that we were unhappy and wanted owner to call. No call at least a month later. We wasted 1600 using epic. Bruce was more expensive but well he should be. Do not use this company for Saltillo tile. They have NO idea how to clean, strip and seal it. What's worse, if they do then they are consciously ripping people off. read more

I had carpet cleaning done for my apartment as part of me moving on out back in October. Mitch wasn't able to find a place for a hose so he used the water from the washer however that works. But when he finished he didn't push it back in and I ended up having to call a family member to drive thirty minutes to do it before I turned in my keys. I had a few little stains from when I had first gotten a puppy nothing major and I will say they did get those removed however the carpet was crispy! It felt like soap that didn't get rinsed out and dried and it was crunchy. I would've been better off just saving the money because I got charged by apartment anyways due to the carpet being crunchy. Gabriel came to our home and completed carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning for our master walk-in shower. We were very pleased with the results! He called first thing in the morning advising he had time opened up and could make an earlier time. He arrived right on schedule and was highly professional with the walk-through and quote. He was very cautious with not damaging our furniture and walls. And he did a thorough job (about 2 hours for 3 rooms, 2 couches, and tile in master shower). I found Epic through Yelp. Once again Yelpers led me to the right guy. Brent and his guys treated us wonderfully and did a fantastic job. I have to note that they were very honest with me. The gave an estimate over the phone, but when they go to the house, measured carefully each room, saw the state of the tiles, they revised their estimate and even had me skip the grout sealing. They could have easily added it in and I would have not been much the wiser. They dealt more than fairly with me, were very polite and attentive and I will use them again. Just got a letter from the Epic owner, Brent, which was very nice, and rather surprising. How often do you hear from owners of companies?? Brent addressed my concerns (viewable below) AND even sent us a $16 check to make up for our lack of a discount. It's very impressive that a company pays attention to its reviews (Yelp or otherwise) and tries to address those concerns. As I mentioned in my first review below, I would have definitely used Epic in the future, but after Brent's thoughtful and polite letter to us, I plan on using Epic sooner than I planned, and I have gone out of my way to mention this company to co-workers and friends. In fact, people haven't believed me that an OWNER of a company actually apologized, so I have to show them the letter. Excellent customer service! And just to confirm: I honestly did not even have a problem with Epic cleaners when it came to the actual CLEANING. They did an absolutely fantastic job, with no up-sell, and they got the icky pet smell out of our carpet like pros. I have now used Epic Carpet and Tile several times to clean my floors in my home. Each experience has been amazing. I've used several other companies over the years but none have ever gone out of their way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction like Epic does. First they have always shown up when they scheduled. Each time they have quoted me what the cost would be and never tried to up sell me to do anything additionally once here at my place. Most of the others I've used would tell me a different price once in my home but not Epic. Each time they have come out, they move all the furniture I want them to but leave the items I don't want moved. They protect the corners of my walls with the coolest things so that the hoses don't damage or ruin my base boards or the paint. However, the tile cleaning is the best! You might not realize but if you have kids and dogs like me, they need to be cleaned! Then they went and sealed my grout once they were clean. When you go to have your time and carpets cleaned these guys are the only ones to hire! read more

We had been given a major deadline by our realtor to get our carpets cleaned within 3 days so our house could be shown. I called Epic and Brett got me in within 24 hours. Philip was courteous, Brett kept me updated as to when they would arrive, and overall was a fantastic experience. The quote that I received over the phone was the price I paid - I wasn't pressured to add any additional services and there were no hidden charges. First time hiring professionals to clean our carpet. I usually just use the rental at Home Depot but the dogs dinner didn't agree with them one night and let our carpet have it so I decided to bite the bullet and call in the big guns. They were able to get us in the day after I called and were super friendly and helpful once they arrived. Once finished and the carpet dried, it looked brand new, very soft and fluffy. I'd say it was well worth the extra cost. To keep the price from getting too high I did move most of the furniture the night before. I believe he cleaned about 800 sq ft of carpet in a little over an hour. Even helped my wife round up our dogs when they bolted out the door. Will definitely be using these guys again. read more
