Having had a great experience with Epic Clean before, we hired them for a much bigger job: a whole house deep cleaning and garage clear-out + organization. I would run out of space trying to describe each thing that turned out amazingly but the best way I can describe the outcome is that it looks like the house has been detailed. Staged for sale levels of immaculate clean, but with our stuff. The garage practically looks remodeled and has become an immensely more functional space. Epic truly is the right name for the company. Highly recommend Jesse for carpet and tile cleaning. I clean my cream colored carpets regularly. This summer they were so dirty from outdoor dirt, kids and dogs, I thought I might have to replace them. Jesse did a thorough clean and totally revived them better than they had been cleaned by my regular carpet cleaner who had not responded to my requests for carpet cleaning. He warned me that the deep clean might result in some brown spots coming up from pad. A few appeared and he promptly returned to fix them. He also cleaned tile in a few bathrooms. Good results there too. He may be a little more expensive than others, but he well worth the cost and spends more time than most to do the job. read more

I had a hard time believing the reviews for Epic Clean when I read them. "Returns calls", "shows up on time", "does good work".... "In Tahoe???" I asked myself, not a chance! But what the hell, I figured I'd try and give him a call anyway. I've learned the hard way living here that it usually takes 6 to 10 calls for any kind of service to even get 1 or 2 calls back. Actually getting someone to your house and then doing a good job for you is almost a fairy tale! Well this guy is the real deal. I called Jesse on a Friday morning. He returned my call within an hour or two. He showed up at my house by lunch time to give me an estimate for the work and then had me on the schedule for the following Monday. No shit!! And this was Christmas weekend! I didn't expect to get any kind of work done until at least January but Jesse is seriously on his A game folks. Well that's all well and good but what kind of work did he deliver? Impeccable actually. Not only did he show up ON TIME and DO THE WORK HE SAID HE WOULD (how rare is THAT in Tahoe??), he actually went above and beyond. We hired him to clean our living room carpet, clean the kitchen tile floor and tile counters and clean our guest bath tile shower. Not only did he do those things and make them look fantastic, he repaired several areas of cracked and stained grout in the guest bath as well as clean the sinks in that bath and our downstairs bath. He also re-grouted all the kitchen counters where it meets the backsplash and fixed several little cosmetic things here and there. Because I asked him to? Nope. He took it upon himself because he actually takes pride in his work and wanted to make things look good. On top of all those things, he was actually kind of pleasant to talk to - pretty nice guy. Even my wife liked him and she doesn't like anybody! Leaving this review is a bit bittersweet for me. I'm confident as Epic Clean inevitably generates more and more favorable reviews, he'll be harder to get ahold of in the future when I need more work done because we will definitely be calling Jesse again any time I need work done going forward. Give this guy your business - you won't be disappointed and you damn sure won't find better! read more

Running a vacation home in the mountains can often be challenging. Adding insult to injury, often there is very little time between guests to deal with issues. Well this week I had a doozy. We do not allow pets at our vacation rental. We had a guest bring an ESA in under the label "SERVICE" so my hands were tied and I had to allow them knowing this 15lb lap dog was likely not in fact a service animal. Well wouldn't you know it, the dog left a turd in the bedroom and the guests didn't even pick it up. That being said, if it poops you can only assume it pees. The issue I had was the guests just checked out (Sun), the poop was found on Mon during the turn-over and new guests were coming in on Wed leaving really one day to get a 3,400 sq home done. We have used Jesse in the past and have been very happy with him so of course I crossed my fingers and called hoping he could rescue me in this crazy tight cleaning window. Jesse at Epic Clean did an outstanding job cleaning my 3 all natural stone (granite) showers and tubs. My original grout was cracking after years of usage and he professionally and smoothly removed all of the cracked grout and resealed everything with a ceramic tile caulk which looks like grout but is more pliable which is important in the mountains where everything expands and contracts due to temperature extremes. All seams, joints around my showers and bathtubs were all redone. He has a system where he comes in and sets up and just pounds it all out. He's like a machine! I needed my tile floors in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms cleaned, some re-grouting done and granite cleaned and sealed. Jesse, owner/operator was quick to come by and give me an estimate. He also cleans fine rugs, so after we agreed to the work and price, we sent our Persian rug with him to clean and bring back when he came to do the floors and granite. Thank goodness for Jesse and Epic Clean. I have spent the last four years (since I bought my house) looking at my stained, cracked, and generally unsightly kitchen tile grout and thinking, "I should really do something about this." Jesse cleaned it all up and made it look brand new and finished. What a difference! It looks amazing and cleans up very easily. So far I have accidentally smashed blackberries and coffee grounds into it and spilled red wine on it. It all wiped up easily without leaving any marks. Jesse was very easy to work with and professional. He texted me when he started the work and sent me pictures when he finished. He called me that evening, and came back the next day to check on the project and do touch-ups as needed. He came in and said - I can get those hard water stains off the glass shower doors and I can polish your granite countertops too. Plus, he cleaned a couple carpets too.
