We have used Epic for years now. Referred neighbors and co-workers so they got new accounts from us so more income for them... however they have had communication problems. Not coming when they say they will, messing with schedules and creating schedule mixups. Always had good service and communication until recent. Do not enjoy the text communication at all. Messages can be misleading...They need to follow up better with customers. Heather is quite nice but .... Allison has no customer service skills at all. NONE. For the price the charge ( I could go with a lesser expensive service) she should be more polite. I like to support small business and prefer them to larger companies but if this service issue still persists the.n I will look for another big killer! read more

Epic has been doing an excellent job with keeping ants and spiders away from our house and backyard. We have a pool and lots of trees around it, the spiders would love to hide in there and spin their webs as well. Since we started using Epic the spiders are no longer making our backyard their home. So I went with this company because my brother had a great experience and they will spray in between services at no charge so I loved that. Well I decided to have them do it for my mom in a different city and I've had no problem until now with technicians calling and saying they are there so we can put the dog up and open the gate for them. I asked them to come and spray for fleas (normally they do a roach and spiders spray) which they informed me it will be more. Well the technician didn't call and said the gate was locked. When I told the office I wasn't sprayed the OWNER Greg called me to apologize and tell me how sorry he was I could really tell he cared about his business and retaining customers.A company is only as great as there response to bad service or a bad review He made a customer for life with me, I'm never going anywhere else for bug spray. read more

I used epic a few years ago and I was not satisfied with their service for sealing the house from rodents. But I will grant that it's an old house and there were more entry points than anticipated and difficult to correct But what was unacceptable was when I was able to prove we still had a rodent issue after their work, the owner did visit and made many promises to return or to send a different technician to seal up the entry points they missed. But after waiting for weeks, he did neither and I finally stopped calling. It goes without saying they never refunded my money either despite promising to do so As the business owner, I understand there are some jobs you will unexpectedly lose money on so it's better to cut your losses. But as the consumer you should also be warned not to pay in full up front because this company may get too busy to finish the job. But I will add their extermination services for pests was very good and only took one visit. The technician was very thorough. Perhaps this was just company growing pains and everyone being too busy. but I do recommend not paying all the money up front. read more

He's the only one my mom allows to do her house. He is the sweetest and most kind person ever. He goes above and beyond. I can't believe what just transpired. I live in East Redlands and it was about 5:45 PM on July 23. An EPIC salesman came to my door and was pitching their services. He was standing 5 feet from my front door with no mask. I reminded him, "you are not wearing a mask". He abruptly made a face at me, turned, and walked away. I then called a service rep named Allison. She showed no concern at his failure to use a mask, saying only, "oh, really" with no commitment to follow up on this.
