Epic has been doing an excellent job with keeping ants and spiders away from our house and backyard. We have a pool and lots of trees around it, the spiders would love to hide in there and spin their webs as well. Since we started using Epic the spiders are no longer making our backyard their home. Epic is a great company with great customer service. Highly recommend!

Normally, I like to be present for inspections, but because it didn't work out this time, my wife was there. After several estimates, she settled on Bug Baron for their clear explanation of the treatment, professionalism, and willingness to get their hands dirty and be thorough in locating termite activity. I had The Termite Guy come out since they did the last service over 5 years ago, and they were not as thorough. Not to mention, they focused more on selling me on the company, yet were not willing to do anything that would give me the impression they had identified the issue, so I went with Bug Baron. Simon, my point of contact, is a pro. He was always responsive, willing to answer my questions, and patient in dealing with my schedule. Given that I had received so many estimates, he price matched what i had been quoted. Further adding to the value of them vs the other guys, his warranty was for 5 years, while the others were either 1 or 3 years, and if you wanted a 3-year, you had to pay a pretty penny. Overall, great company, great communication with Simon, great value for the scope of work, and very interested in addressing my issues without pushing to sell me on something I may not need. Highly recommend Simon and Bug Baron!

While the staff at Homeshield Pest Control have always been pleasant and I appreciate their use of…read morenatural treatments, I've been extremely disappointed with their lack of support in resolving our ongoing mice problem. Over the past two years, we've spent a significant amount of money with Homeshield to replace attic insulation and treat our home for rodent mites caused by repeated mouse infestations. Our insulation warranty was supposed to include service to prevent mice from re-entering the attic, yet new openings continue to appear and remain unaddressed. Each time an inspection is done, it takes weeks to schedule a follow-up appointment to actually seal the openings. Recently, after hearing mice again--now with a newborn in our home--we contacted Homeshield immediately. A technician quickly confirmed there were openings near our A/C line that needed to be patched, but for two weeks we were told they couldn't schedule the repair because the technician hadn't submitted the required diagram. When an appointment was finally scheduled, no repair was done--only additional traps were placed in the attic. After escalating the issue, we were told a manager could come re-inspect the home, but not until nearly a month after the initial report. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of follow-through and the amount of time I've had to spend chasing updates. We are simply not receiving the service promised under our insulation warranty and monthly maintenance plan, and we will likely be switching vendors soon. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Homeshield Pest Control.

I used Unprofessional Pest Management several years ago, and had an issue with an appointment (no…read moreshow), while I was working from home. The service tech said, he came out, when in fact I had been working from home the whole day with no one ringing, knocking on my door, or even a phone call. The house next door was selling their house, and empty, and I told the main office, I think the service tech went to the wrong house because I had been home. Instead of reschedule, the office refunded me, and punished themselves by not servicing me, thereafter (Insert tears here). I wrote a long email about them not being transparent with me, not even calling me, and who does business like that. We both came in agreement they would service me moving forward. Understood! Fast forwarded this past December 2024. I hired them to seal some vents etc, and that went perfectly, despite the mess the guy made on my concrete. The service tech said, he was to come back weeks later and shave the excess material down. He never showed up, I called the office, they said, there was never to be a follow up. Ok, cool. Moved on from it. They didn't forget to charge me the $980.00 for that, but hey. Didn't pass up on my money on this one. Called this past Tuesday, spoke with Miranda, she gave me a breakdown of pest services and the quarterly cost, assuming with the economy, things have got a bit more expensive. She was to call me back this upcoming Friday, but I beat her to it, called today, to press the button. I figured everything would be seamless since they have my card on file. Come to find out, they again, do not want to service me. Zach the Manager calls me to tell me he would need 100% payment up front of $511.00. You have my current card on file to charge for each visit, this has absolutely nothing to do with payment. Seems so odd. I refuse to beg for a companies business, and that is how they are making it seem. Moving on, there are a dime of dozen pest control services out there, really, it is not that serious. All in all, they want to cherry pick the business they want to do with me. Their loss, their prerogative. Typical family owned business. Paul- I have never, ever, not paid for any type of service in my life. No service was done the day of the no show, you are flat out lying. Now you guys are nothing but liars. Who would pay for a service not given. This is even worse than I thought. No one wants to do business with liars. I just dropped $900 for a half ass, messy spray foam for my vents, and you think I won't pay for service. Weirdo. Why didn't you decline service this last time? Make it make sense, Pinocchio *HAD I NOT PAID YOU, HOW DID I JUST HAVE SERVICE FROM YOU GUYS?* *HAD I NOT PAID YOU, WHY WAS'NT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FROM THE SERVICE I JUST HAD? INCLUDED*

I opted for an annual service contract as it is priced very reasonably. ProCraft sent out Brandon the same day and he treated my entire property including my attic, basement, garage and rental unit. He answered my questions and took his time explaining the different treatment methods. ProCraft is a local, family owned business. They treated me like I am an important priority, and I really appreciate it.

I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. My first service in October went fine and focused on the interior of my apartment with some exterior, which is what I initially requested. I later realized the price I was quoted required signing a year contract. I agreed to it for the reduced rate, even though that was not what I originally wanted. The issues started with my second visit. They came on the scheduled date (Tuesday 1/27) but only provided a time window, not an exact appointment. That day, someone rang my doorbell once and by the time I checked, no one was there, so I assumed it was a delivery. I later found out it was Patrick, the ProCraft employee. They went ahead and sprayed only the exterior WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which Luke confirmed when he followed up with me on Friday 1/30. I specifically requested interior service with some exterior, not exterior only. Luke apologized for the miscommunication, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication or integrity from this company. They rescheduled the service for next week, but my card still has the charge for the service that has NOT been performed. Unless you are okay being charged for services you did not receive, I would not recommend ProCraft Pest Control. I was also told a refund was processed, which I still have not received.
