    Ham and cheese baguette

The quiche was very good. The consistency of the egg was perfect, not over done. The flavor was great too, a nice amount of cheese. The avocado toast with egg added was great too. Any of their baked goods are a treat. The employees are friendly. There are some tables inside and outside. Even mid morning they're still busy, but worth the wait for sure.

In door and some outdoor seating. 1 single person gender neutral bathroom. Self-serve water. Lots of delicious unique baked goods. I tried the breakfast crepe - it was pretty bland and egg is served very runny UNLESS you order takeout then it's cooked thoroughly. Mediterranean crepe was good. Flavorful too. Cardamom bun and blueberry brioche were 10/10. Crepes took over 20minutes. Lattes are also good here.

Best creperie I've ever been to! Such delicious and tasteful combinations like the Boulder Galette (quinoa, feta, parsley hummus, dill dressing) and Summer Blues (pork loin, pepper, cucumber, chipotle aioli). Each bite was a perfect explosion of flavor and texture. The interior really adds to the chic vibe! Lovely stop in Canmore.

Ordered the Beetlejuice Savory Crepe - beets, goat cheese, walnut, mozzarella Dijon Orange dressing. Also coffee and a baguette. It was very busy and the gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and great sense of humor. The staff were all very friendly. Decided to order the carrot, ginger and spiced soup...Absolutely YUMMY!!!! The restaurant is very clean, bright atmosphere and very relaxing. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. Definitely coming back here. The decor is very homey with plants, nik Naks plants, flowers and cute pictures. Their regular coffee is amazingly good compared to other restaurants...has flavourful and body! Also bought their black and white sesame seed and tahini bread. Epic is a must when you visit Canmore.

Hard to find good food when you're traveling to small mountain towns. We're also from Los Angeles so blessed w amazing food options. This place is a god send!!!! Great home cooked food vibes w healthy ingredients and tons of love with great presentation. Family friendly casual cafe. Also A+ on decor and ambiance. Not in the main downtown area but worth the (short) drive and looked like lots of construction happening nearby so many more is to come!

The melt stood out to us due to the coconutty flavor but I would order both again! There were plenty of seats available and service was quick. The restaurant itself has a lot of vibrant local jewelry and teas for sale as well! I would rather here again!

Breakfast/Lunch Stop Worth the Detour…read more I'm a pretty picky eater. Not because I want to be, but because I have to be. I try to eat vegetarian in the morning, and I'm allergic to wheat, which makes dining out a little more complicated than it should be. My boyfriend found this little café outside Banff, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the better food surprises of the trip. We both ordered the Pad Thai -- one loaded with extra protein, one without. I had low expectations. I've eaten enough Thai food to know that about 7 or 8 out of 10 places overcook the noodles. They become soft, mushy, and fall apart the moment you touch them. Not here. The noodles were cooked perfectly -- still chewy with a nice bite. The peanut sauce was another pleasant surprise. It wasn't overly sweet or heavy like many North American versions. The balance was just right. The spice level was mild, which I appreciated because the dish actually tasted like Pad Thai instead of being buried under a mountain of chili. The vegetables were generous, fresh, and plentiful. My boyfriend's chicken portion wasn't huge, but there was plenty of tofu, which made sense since the dish is originally designed as a vegetarian option. The chef seemed to add the chicken as an extra rather than making it the star of the plate. The portion looked manageable when it arrived. It was not. I couldn't finish mine, and my boyfriend had to rescue the remaining noodles. Pad Thai: 4/5 The Vegan Berry Scone was light, not greasy, and not overly sweet. The strawberries and blueberries added little bursts of tartness, and there was a nice oat flavor throughout. My only complaint? It might have been too healthy. A tiny bit more sweetness could have taken it from "good" to "wow." Vegan Berry Scone: 3/5 The Vegan Chocolate Cake was exactly what a chocolate lover would want. Rich dark chocolate flavor without being sugary or overwhelming. It was a little dense and heavy, but in a comforting way that made me keep reaching for another bite. If the cake itself were slightly more moist, it would be nearly perfect. That said, making something both vegan and gluten-free that tastes this good deserves credit. Vegan Chocolate Cake: 4/5 What really impressed me was the overall value. Since the café is outside the main Banff tourist zone, prices are much more reasonable, parking is easy, and they offer a surprisingly large selection of gluten-free and vegan options. For someone like me, who usually spends half the meal interrogating the menu, that alone is worth celebrating. Final Rating: 4/5 Good food, fair prices, easy parking, and plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions. I'd absolutely come back. In fact, if I'm passing through again, I probably won't bother looking for another place.
