Our small group of 3 had lunch here on Sunday Dec 22, 2024 around 1pm. There was lots of room,…read moredespite this being the holiday period, and there were a couple tables of groups as well. We used to come to this Scores all the time before the pandemic but since they closed down the salad bar, we kind of forgot about it. I am SO happy the salad bar is back and included with chicken/rib options like it was in the past. The price is a lot higher than previously but that is to be expected. Food quality and selection at the bar is still consistent. Everything felt fresh and delicious. There were 2 types of soups to choose from, lots of salad toppings and fruits. I really like that you can make a hearty salad with unique ingredients like chickpeas, beans, couscous, cheese etc. I find Scores to be the perfect place for families and groups - it is a sure crowd pleaser and even picky eaters can enjoy something. There is a mix of tables and booths, comfortable seating, great location with plentiful parking. What's not to like. Highly recommend and can't wait to be back. It is a great comforting meal.

So happy to be back here. I'll miss the salad bar but food and service still very good. Try the…read morenanwich. Yes, you read me regularly, you know that portions are always too big for me. I could have shared it! J'ai mangé le nanwich. C'est délicieux avec poulet véritable et avocat. Ici, les employés portent masques et visières. Nous nous habituerons pour le plaisir de revenir.

The beef chow mein was also neutral and not here nor there. Beef and broccoli was mixed with garlic. Overall,. Not much to say, food was fresh but very neutral, didn't realise it was from a buffet when ordered. I'd say it was good for buffet standards but not great by a la carte standards. Probably makes more sense to eat there than order in.

Lots and lots of sushi choices. Everything was hot. Service at table was nice and our plates were picked up on a regular basis. Restaurant was quite empty though, but it was quiet. The bad: Music choice was a hip radio station, felt odd eating food with Beastie Boys playing in the background. Soft drinks came in cans and not glasses (I hate those). Deserts tasted like "fridge", which means they were made in advance and been in the fridge for a while (cakes excluded). Pizza is super dry! Ceiling was dripping at the entrance, so you had a bucket surrounded by three chairs with a sign "Do not sit down" on them. If you get there at opening hours, you will have lots of choices, with everything fresh, in an empty and quiet restaurant. But avoid the deserts and the bucket at the entrance.

Thank god I found it because one large chicken + chorizo poutine can feed my hungry wife and I and we even have leftovers! The fries are fresh, crispy, and the gravy is made with drippings of their own rotating rotisserie chicken. The chorizo sausage is barbecued to perfection. Did I mention they give you a lot of food for the price!? They also have a beautiful bakery with Bolas, strawberry cheesecake, and other fresh-made bakery items. They also have great service, with friendly cashiers, and the quality of food is 6 out of 5 stars. It's my favorite place and I come here almost once a week. They are passionate about their food and generous, and if you don't feel like paying up-the-arse for delicious Portuguese chicken Romados is the place for you. It's homey, they have spicy and mild Piri Piri sauce to choose from, the fries are tasty but not too salty, Chicken Salad is really delicious, and furthermore, they have family options, rice, potatoes, and you can order a half or quarter chicken, as well as other options like soup and barbecue pork (also very good). Thank you Romados!

The patis de nata (I believe) would taste much better if it was heated. We bought it from the case. Otherwise, the service was fast, friendly and efficient.
