I initially…read morechose them because of their Arnold location and working with kids, but they only accept new patients or children at their Sunset Hills office, which is a far drive for us. Because they don't offer after-school slots for new patients (the latest they offer is 2:30 PM), I had to arrange classroom coverage to leave work early as a teacher, and pull my daughters out of school. After dealing with school delays, traffic, and difficult parking, we walked into the office at 2:40 PM for our 2:30 PM appointment. The receptionist was on the phone, and when she finally acknowledged us at 2:41pm, she rudely informed me that they would not see us because we were past their 10-minute grace period by one minute. We were literally one minute late with two young kids in tow. I understand the need to stay on schedule, but to turn away a new patient who waited over a month for an appointment--and who clearly rushed to get there--over sixty seconds is completely rigid and lacking in basic customer service. We will not be back and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want an office that values its patients' time and effort.

I have been there multiple times and the care is always the same. Dr. Feigenbam and his PA, Andrea takes as much time as needed and seem like they delight in answering questions. On a recent visit Dr. Feigenbaum prescribed a medication. After a few days, I could tell it was not doing its job. I sent him a message on his website and an hour or two later he replied that he'd send a new medication. After two days, I could tell it was getting to the problem. I sent another message that I was on the mend. He quickly responded he was glad and to give it time and it would keep getting better. At my age, I been to lots of dermatologists. He is one of the better ones!

I drove my good friend to her surgery that morning and I can tell you all with 100% certainty that Mercy cancelled the surgery after my good friend was already in preop. Update: Mercy AND the anesthesiologist have refunded my good friends money. Why hasn't Dr Prada? Heck, Dr Prada even consoled my good friend as she was getting released from preop. So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you? A lawsuit against you Dr Prada is in the works. Shame on you, Dr Prada, for preying upon your patients. It's sickening what you have done.
