10/10 recommend! I'd like to start by saying that I do not pamper myself nor do a lot of maintenance. It's not that I don't enjoy it, I simply cannot afford it. lol. I found Moonglo after looking up places near me that do Hydrafacials. I usually go places that already have a lot of traction because I have extremely sensitive skin and I get anxious about letting anyone do anything to it. I'm so glad I came to see Jenna despite my anxieties. She was so kind from the moment I arrived. I have social anxiety, but she was so easy to talk to. She's not overly talkative but she's not shy either. For me personally, she talked the right amount lol. Mostly I asked her about the services I was getting done, my skin journey, and her business. She talked me through everything as she was doing it to me, consistently made sure I was comfortable, and made me feel so secure in her abilities. I loved the steaming, the tingling of my skin as it was stripped of dead skin, and best of all, the massage! I was working three jobs and had my appointment on a day that I worked. The massage helped me relax so much. Also, when you book it gives you an estimated time of how long it will take, but if you have problem skin like me, I would say add 30-45 minutes to that or don't plan on doing anything immediately after. I only say this because my estimated time was 2h30m and it ended up taking a little over three hours. I didn't mind because I cleared my evening, and I didn't even feel the time pass because I was so relaxed lol. I have attached a photo of the devices I had done and the prices at the time. It was so worth it for me to splurge that one time of the year! I wish I could do it more regularly, but have definitely moved it up in my priorities because Jenna made me feel so confident! For like four weeks after my appointment, I was so proud to show my face off, but now it's back to being super oily and breaking out, so I hope to come back really soon! read more
