Once I was in the doctor's office, they administered both a COVID and flu test; thankfully, both were negative. Since I have asthma, I was quite worried. The staff was excellent, from reception to checkout. The doctor, a tall blonde woman whose name I don't remember, prescribed me antibiotics and a steroid. Two days later, I felt like new! My son had to go there and he had met his out of pocket maximum for the year meaning insurance covers 100%, including copay. They refused to see him until he paid the $75 copay. They kept stating that the deductible had nothing to do with copay. They were not verifying with insurance that out of pocket was met, not just deductible. We now have to wait for claim to be processed to collect refund. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw the same physician both times I went and honestly I only went again because the X-ray tech wasn't at my normal urgent care. (I get pneumonia frequently now so they check when I'm having lung issues) If you are a young female and enjoy being mocked or talked to like your full of it, this is the place for you! July of 21 I went, stabbing chest pain, back pain and pain down my left arm. I was mocked for saying the pain occurred while breathing and told I sprained my back... what? I pushed through for an entire week and went to another facility because it only got worse... I had multiple pulmonary embolisms and my lower left lung lobe was dead and had been for days and other parts were dying. I could have died because I was made to feel like I was being ridiculous. Now I have lung damage in both lungs especially the lower left lobe. Come to find out, Pain with respiration is one of the top signs of PE's! A sign I was mocked for and told "that doesn't happen" because they aren't connected? Fast forward.... Due to the lung damage from those PE's, I get very Ill with every respiratory bug and my lungs are tight for weeks. My aveoli are already narrowed in a good chunk of my lungs from scar tissue so it is very uncomfortable breathing wise when they are irritated. My stats hold but that is not the point, I have to breathe faster to accommodate which triggers my OH. When it gets really bad my doctor prescribes steroids so I don't pass out. I literally only went here because I had no other choice and explained my situation. I was told to "breathe in a bag" if I'm "hyperventilating"... again, what? Was also talked to like I was lying about my prescription inhaler because I use it "as needed"... it's because it's not asthma! It's lung damage! I'm not in there asking for unneeded pain meds or having some type of nervous break down and that's exactly how I was treated both times. The doctor is the one who could use some questioning about his integrity rather than his questioning his patients, such as when is the last time you updated yourself on respiratory illnesses and affects of lung damage? With Covid you think you would be well versed! read more

This place should be avoided. The wait is hours long. They often have only 1 attendant working, and then most often it is a nurse assistant, not a doctor. Over a three year period of time, I have never seen a doctor. read more

This is the place to go for quality care if you do not have a physician in Naples. I was a walk-in and went there for a very sore throat. The receptionist was courteous and very efficient. Both RN, Aubrie, and PA, Megan, asked pertinent questions during the examination and carefully explained the process and follow-up. My wife and I stopped in there this morning when it opened for rapid antigen Covid 19 tests. All staff members and the physician on duty were friendly and professional. As others, I would give a rating of zero if I could but I had to give it one a so you would get a chance to read this. My experience was AWFUL...bordering on criminal in my opinion - in fact, I have never written a negative review before but this experience needed to be reported. I went in on day three of symptoms of COVID. The Paxlovid treatment of Covid needs to begin on day 5 to be most effective. I am 73 so am in the high at risk group. They gave me the rapid covid test and it came back immediately negative. I asked to be given the more accurate PCR test as I had had a false negative before which takes 2 days to get results. The test was given and was told if it comes back positive in 2 days the Paxlovid would be prescribed immediately. Checked on my Quest lab app at the end of day 4 and indeed it came back POSITIVE. The emergency care was closed so the next morning, day five, and the day I needed to start Paxlovid, I called as the physician I had seen had instructed me do and who had said that Paxlovid would be prescribed. I was told that that the physician I had seen was not in the office that day and there was no way that they would prescribe Paxlovid. Being very upset, I said I'm coming in to talk to you. I went in and the manager came out and very icily said that they would not contact the physician who was out that day but they would happily let me schedule another visit and charge me for another visit to get the physician that was on duty to evaluate me for the Paxlovid. I told her this is my life you're talking about.l!! All you need to do is call the physician that saw me and I was sure that she would call in the prescription or instruct them to. Without blinking an eye or considering the situation I was in even for a second, she said there was no way...I would have to pay for another appointment. Altho visibly upset, I kept a relative calm although, unable to believe my ears. She then picked up the phone to call the police as I was not leaving. Thankfully, after going home, I was able to get a telehealth doctor to prescribe the medication immediately and was able to pick it up on day the same day. I will never return to this emergency care and I highly recommend you do not as well. read more

Thursday night I ended up at EPN Urgent Care on Davis Boulevard, Naples. Took a spill earlier that evening and wasn't feeling too great. To my chagrin, my clean catch revealed a disconcerting amount of blood in my urine and then I passed out with a seizure. The medical staff at this facility was so responsive and professional. They tended to my needs and had me in an ambulance to the ER immediately. I most especially want to thank Minnie for her compassionate and efficate manner. She rushed in like a superhero without batting an eyelash and turned a bad situation into something better. Thank you Ninnie! Not a good night for me - - but if I had to go through something like that, I'm glad I ended up in their hands. read more

Visited this facility this afternoon for a work injury (referral from the insurance co). Brought in what I thought was the necessary documentation from the insurance. The gal at the front desk/check-in was so rude ...said I didn't have the right form(but it had all the claim info, insurance and injury info). She also told me the 2nd page had not been filled out (which clearly was to be completed by the provider--their office physician). Then someone else came over to help. The first gal literally tossed my paperwork over to her and had a look of disgust on her face. This is a medical facility entrusted to provide care and treatment to patients. The service I received had no compassion. Granted my injury was to my finger and wasn't severe. Imagine her treating someone coming in with a serious injury or illness?? I visited EPN this a.m. for an elbow laceration. Before I could even check in, I was told there was only one PA today and she would not have "time" to do sutures. I asked if she could see me as I thought possibly steri-strips would be all that was necessary. The PA looked at my elbow, said I needed sutures and it was too time consuming for her. She told me to go to an ER! Isn't that what Urgent Care is for...not bogging down the ER's with minor issues!!! Isn't that what happens at Urgent Care, you take care of the patient in front of you...and yes, others may have to wait to be seen. I did not go to an ER but rather Millenium walk-in on 8th street....was taken right away and sutured in 10 minutes. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with EPN and advise them never to go there......so extremely unprofessional and since when are they there to NOT take care of the patient!!! read more

My husband had a terrible experience. Doctor lied on forms, never took height/weight but still wrote it down (completely inaccurate) in a sealed envelope for the ER... refused treatment for a cough, instead wanted to send to ER. Not worth the time or money. read more

Our first visit to EPN Urgent care in Naples which was alright. Total wait time was an hour. We needed a prescription for a local infection which was causing a lot of pain. We got tests which confirmed what we already knew, so you can say they are thorough here. They took BC/BS insurance, were open on a Saturday, and conveniently located a couple of miles from the CVS where we picked up the script. read more

When we walked in the nurse at the front desk wasnt even wearing a mask and was super rude to us and other patients coming in after us. I went outside to answer a phone call and she told my mom I wasn't allowed to just leave like that when I of course was coming back in. I read the reviews while standing in the lobby and that just added to us leaving. When asking for our cards back and stating we were leaving the front nurse said "ok fine just go than" Like I get it it's covid but there's no need to be rude to people coming in and especially sitting there greeting people with no mask? Went here on Christmas Day for rapid Covid testing. Arrived an hour before their opening time of 12noon. No system at all and completely disorganized. Each driver had to figure out who was before them and who came after them. Then the staff comes outside with a pile of clip boards in hand. They tell us they are only administering a total of 20 tests. Their explanation was they only do 4 patients per hour because you need to be seen by staff and evaluated. I guess that is their way of trying to justify the $240 fee. Since I was number 20 on the list I was told my wait time would be at least 4 hours. Come on....I simply wanted a rapid Covid-19 like everyone else there. I have been to other rapid testing sites for half the price and triple the organization. Do yourself a favor and use one of them. read more

This is my second time visiting this place I read the reviews and I didn't believe them. Because the first time it was OK. So I came in only to find the one big fat guy screaming at the doctor. As I was walking to my room I saw the same guy was too busy on his Facebook profile . I this is place is a joke, circus clowns work here. A doctor that lets his employees scream at him like this has no respect for his place or his patients. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND a anybody to come to this place. I felt that the rest of the crew was working under pressure, extreme pressure. If the doctor WORKS like this he might not focus on my care. Stay away. This was the worst experience I have ever had in an urgent care. After waiting outside for five hours for a rapid test, once brought in, we were told by a lady at the front desk, (without a mask) that our room may have been given away since it took us 30 seconds to walk in. We were finally put in a filthy room and given the rapid test. We were told it would take 15 minutes to read the tests, and that the Doctor would be by soon. After an hour in this room, and no doctor, I asked if I could wait outside because it was disgusting and stuffy and I was worried that I was infecting my family. I was very rudely told that we must stay in this room with the door closed. They claimed they had to keep us locked in due to COVID, however some of the staff were not wearing masks. It felt as of the staff enjoyed infuriating the patients. They were rude, unorganized, and unsafe. This place should have been shut down a long time ago If you walked in without COVID, chances are you're leaving with it. read more

On Monday i called to inform them my mother would be coming in to get checked out because she had been feeling extremely unwell, had just about every symptom of COVID-19 and i told the woman on the phone I'm about 99% sure she has covid and i wanted to give them a heads up so they could take extra precautions so the doctor, staff and other patients would feel comfortable. My mother wore a mask and did her part to try to keep a distance, she was greater kindly by the blonde woman at the desk... but after that was treated more than poorly by every " nurse" and "doctor". They treated her as if she had the plague and basically scolded her for having covid when the test came back POSITIVE. Now i understand covid is scary but considering you CHOSE this profession, to help sick people and that is what we are paying you for this treatment was absolutely unacceptable. After the doctor blamed her for getting covid and saying "Great now you've exposed all of us ! Now we all might get it !!" My mother kept repeatedly apologizing. Not only is she extremely sick and basically fighting for her life she is now being blamed and put on a guilt trip. Not to mention she had to ASK the doctor to please check her lungs, he gave her NO ADVICE, no prescription, didn't tell her to take certain vitamins or do anything to get better. Treated her terrible and shoved her out the door. Now this is my Second TERRIBLE Visit at this same urgent care. I urge you to please go to a different doctor so you will actually be HELPED and cared for. I mean that's what we're paying for right?? That's the whole reason we're going to a doctor ??? DO NOT GO HERE. Date of Visit 11/2020 - Can not believe how unprofessional this EPN Urgent Care of Naples Florida is. They do not follow standard business guidelines - when I went there for a Covid test ($200), I gave them my insurance info to forward the bill to my insurance. They did not forward the bill to the insurance company along with the EPN Urgent Care W9 (standard practice). Instead, they forwarded the bill of $200 to a collections agency and reported it to the federal credit agency. This has negatively impacted my credit score by 100 points. It has been over 14 months now and they still have not forwarded the bill and W9 to my insurance and the bill is still with a collections agency. I have called the collections, EPN, and my insurance, the ball is still in EPN's hands. This is called lazy lazy lazy and now I am putting off purchasing a home due to my credit score. First of all they advertise, hold your spot, which they don't even do. Even the receptionist told me they don't do that and she doesn't know why they advertise it. When I walked in I was definitely greeted very friendly. But as soon as they found out what my symptoms were, cough and a cold for 10 days, that took on a whole new look. They brought me to a back room and I waited a little long for there being only one other person in there. You could tell they were pretty nervous of me wondering if I had coronavirus. I was trying to calm them! I do understand the times that we are in but the way that I was treated in there was horrible. Was like I had the plague. The doctor didn't even want to come near me and listen to my lungs. In fact, I felt scolded by him for being sick. And how can I help it? And isn't this a doctors office? I really felt like they were cold, and acted very cowardly. Found myself ministering to them saying ,I will pray that you guys don't get this ,I will pray that you guys don't get sick. I found myself apologizing to him for me being sick.. This has not sat right with me since the day I walked in there. I was seen and told I had wax in my ear which was removed. My symptoms continued and I discovered I had benign positional paroxysmal vertigo. I had to do the Epley maneuver to correct it. This could probably been thought of and told to me at my visit to urgent care. The time spent with me by the physician was taken up by him telling me that I was a geriatric and that the money made there was not in my type of visit. This did not sit too well with me. I was in urgent care where I needed to be at that time( and not the emergency room). My time spent in the urgent Care was approximately 3 hours. Been here a few times in the past and other than long waits, it's been ok. Today, Saturday, was a horrible experience. After checking in we listened to the dr on staff complain about just everything to the staff. We were told that there was nothing that they could do there for a complaint about very sore rib area. He basically said if we had a cold or a sore throat, that's what they were there for. We basically left there with nothing done and went to an emergency room. Will not be back. Time to try the new urgent care that just opened behind CVS on Thomasson. Hopefully they will open on Saturdays in the future. Oh, and they took our copay. The day after I posted this review I got a note from corporate saying how concerned they were and to please call or email them. We left 2 voicemails and they never returned our calls. This place was awful. I went there yesterday with dizziness and nausea. I was told the Dr. could do nothing for me and I needed to go the the emergency room. I asked again saying I wanted to be checked because I had spent the day before with chills and vomiting. They asked me to leave. Had to take my four-year-old to see a doctor while visiting Naples from out of state. The staff was incredibly compassionate towards her. I debated whether I should drive to Galisano on Pineridge and Livingston but decided to go with EPN because it was closer and more convenient. Glad I did. The staff was very thorough and even recommended testing for a few things I had not considered. I highly recommend. read more
