I do have a special health exception that prohibits me from having certain numbing injections, but Dr. Patel literally made the process virtually painless. I was able to schedule to be seen the next day, it was easy to find and park, and I was seen promptly at my appointment. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half, but by no means was the root canal rushed! He was super informational during the entire process and walked me through every step of the way. The rest of the staff is super professional and friendly. His assistant was knowledgeable and checked in with me frequently. They even checked in with me afterwards and copied me on the email to my dentist for what was done and the x-rays they took. When things with my dentist went south and I was beyond anxious, North Dallas Endo just happened to text me to follow-up to see if I was feeling okay and I had them call me to give me some advice on who they could refer me to for general dentistry. They were super nice and prompt and gave me a great reference as well as provided me a copy of a letter that I had needed from my file. If this is long and you've read it, great, but if you didn't just see this as your sign -- the high ratings are TRUE. I wasn't in pain and had not been in pain prior to my visit. It was just time for my annual visit. Unfortunately, after the fillings were done and the numbness wore off, I was in severe pain--it felt like my nerves were exposed. I couldn't eat or drink anything hot, cold, or sweet without sharp pain, and even chewing was unbearable. I called the office right away to explain what was happening, but they told me the soonest appointment was three weeks away because Dr. Mark didn't have any openings for two weeks then he would be out of town on the flowing week which would have made 3 weeks that my mouth had been in pain. I tried waiting the 3 weeks , but the pain was too intense, so I saw I took the up on their offer to see another dentist in the same office. Even after that visit, the issue wasn't resolved. I then made another appointment for 10/15/25 to see if the original doctor Dr. Mark could resolve the issue , I called to say I'd be running just a little late because of traffic , and they canceled my appointment on the spot. I asked if I could not be seen today could I please have a refund, since I'd been dealing with this same issue for months, and the issue still had not been resolved by Dr. Mark nor his colleague. I was refused a refund and the appointment was the young lady still cancelled my appointment . This experience has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional and hands down the worst service I have ever received from a medical provider. I've never been treated with such disregard for my comfort or my time. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting Dr. Mark or this office with their dental care.

From start to finish, the visit went very well. Scheduling was easy, filling out the new patient "paperwork" was online and easy, and once I arrived for my appointment, everything else went smoothly! I believe Dr. Jaouni provided a conservative treatment plan recommendation, which I very much appreciated. I mean, after all, who wants to have a tooth pulled, unless absolutely necessary?! My wife has been treated by Dr. Jaouni on a couple of occasions. She was pleased with the result and approved of my seeing him for my "emergency" issue. After being seen by Dr. Jaouni, I too recommend this endodontist. My dentist referred me to 2 Endodontists, who also do implants. Both of them recommended an implant. Why do I need to lose my natural tooth and go for an implant with a huge cost? because they wanted to make more money with implants. I know the after-effects and side-effects of the implants, and I wanted to save my natural tooth. Finally, I found Park Endodontic, which does only root canals, no implants.  Dr. Tariq Alsmadi retreated my root canal, cleaned the infected area, and saved my tooth.
