There black privacy premier tint which I wanted for my back windows was out of stock. So reasons I gave this shop two stars, is I never received a call, the specifications on black privacy tint was not known or available they seemed a little over priced, and what I really wanted the dark privacy tint was not in stock. I went down the street , that offered ceramic options as well, with all tints in stock at a $535 price for there premiere product, that has a lot of five star reviews. I ran the comparison through chat GPT , and based off all the factors it leaned and recommend the shop down the street which I made an appointment for this coming Saturday. After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. After another month, I informed Chris that the bubbles were still present. He assured me that under his warranty, he would replace the three panels that required replacing but needed to wait for another window film order. Month after month, I checked in with him. He said he would not charge us for the last minor payment because it took a while to and the film was delayed. He still charged us $50 when he arrived. (He also wanted Zelle despite me giving him a check I just wrote.) - I showed him a picture of streaking (on a high window) a few days after he finished the job. He said that was normal. I showed it to him when he returned the second time and he said that it was left by the squeegee. The streaking is still very visible on a daily basis and he did not correct it. - I asked him for a quote to clean our exterior windows, and clean up the streaking left on the interior windows, but he never gave us that quote after asking for it twice. - After asking for it 2-3 times, he also never provided an invoice by email so that we could have our 10 year manufacturer warranty.
