We rented a dingo skid loader from the St Peters location for a small job of leveling some dirt…read moreand moving some "pea-gravel" The dingo skid loader lost it's left tread. I had not completed the whole job and still had an 90 min on the rental usage. I called Brandon at St Peters and he asked if my job was finished. I told him yes, but I still had rock to move. He took it as if the job was totally complete, although I still had 90 min left on my time. He sent two workers to put the tread back on the unit. I had just enough time to put the unit on the trailer and get it back to their location before they closed and then I would be charged for a full day. I went into the counter when we brought the unit back and I asked if there was any adjustment on the bill since the tread came off. Brandon said that he only charged the minimum. ($148 - 4 hour rental) Since it was 2 pm and they closed at 2 sharp, I left. I called the location Monday (09/13/21) and asked if an ajustment was going to be made on the rental since I was unable to use the unit for 90 min. Norman said that he would have to talk to all those involved of what happened over the weekend and get back with me. Brandon called me back a couple of hours later. He said that he thought the job was done since that is what was told to him when we talked Saturday. He even let me know that they didn't charge me a "service-call". He said that if the job wasn't done, we could have kept the unit until Monday as long as we didn't go over the 4 hour limit. I explained to him that I could only use it on Saturday since I was unable to get a truck to get the traliler and unit back on Monday. Still no adjustment was going to be made. They were professional in all their conversations, but wasn't going to budge on the contract, even though 90 min was lost due to their equipement breaking down. We will not do business with this company in the future and if anyone asked for a rental company I will let them know about our experience.

This Spring (2021) I went to start my mower and it would not start. No matter what I did it would not start. I called Ehll's service desk and they sent a tech out a couple of days later. After looking at my mower and going over it, the tech determined that my brake switch was not acting properly. He adjusted it and the lawn mower started right up! After we got the mower running I asked how much for the service charge. He said nothing! It wasn't any big deal to fix. Now that's what I call great Customer Service!

I dropped her off. They were friendly and professional. Replaced a gasket seal and followed up to let me know she was ready. I picked her up she's purring like a kitten and it turned out the repair was under warranty! I highly recommend these guys and I'm sure you will be as delighted as I am with the result!

The cashier handed me my money and the whole transaction happened rapidly. Bryan went above and beyond helping me, as he even offered to recycle the cardboard lining my vehicle. I questioned the weight they had a guy go back and looked at the pile and he said he put it in a scale and showed me a pic that was only I think 158 pounds and said I got a deal I know that I had 400 plus pounds but they already dumped it off the skid so I was screwed so buyer beware you would probably be better off taking your scrap someplace else. What also was strange was tars on my truck was 120 pounds lighter today than yesterday I could understand a few pounds but not 120 pounds
