As a medical provider, I am astonished at the lack of concern for the tenants health and well being. The smell is so dangerous to old elderly tenants and children as well as the mold that is developing and infection risk with human feces. My condo has had this issue sine November 2025 and it have not been resolved. Due to the negligence I have to have my floors, cabinets and appliances and furniture replaced. This is so wrong. I had 75 e-mails not answered and many pictures to send and alert the other tenants. I called Marisa Moore many times and she does not return my calls and I tell her and the board how serious this is and they do nothing. I have a lawyer Dean Campbell in Milton who is working on suing them for their negligence, as I previously had to do when this same issue occurred 2 years ago and they merely patched the larger issue. They all should be put in jail and arrested for not doing anything about the seriousness and endangerment to the community. I have not been about to use my condo for 11 months I pay my dues on time and have been their 20 years and this is how they treat and excellent tenant. You can even talk to them they will not return your calls or give you their phone numbers boars members should be on call 24/7 or even return a call in a timely fashion; if they don't want to do their job why did they take the position. This has been going on too long, and they have attempted "repairs" that were done poorly, many of these photos were after the repairs were "completed". They would not even put me up in a hotel or apartment or different condo this summer due to these issues and that is their responsibility. Many tenants have children or are older adults or immune compromised and this is an immeasurable health risk.
