Their location is tough to reach for us but calling is hit/miss as no one in charge is ever available. We have to wait for a return call that may not come. To be sure we'd be seen we made an appointment but at the appointed time the salesman had no idea why we were there and we went home. That was a 3 hour waste of time. There was no followup explanation until I called to complain and THEN they apologized for the confusion and blaming the doctor although that was never mentioned at the appointment. We were told to call the doctor during the phone call but this was not mentioned during the appointment and we were not called with this advice. It only came when I called to complain.

After a year and a half the product stopped working. According to the manufacturer it was still under warranty. I contacted Just Medical because I couldn't find any information online of where to contact the manufacturer. Just Medical contacted the manufacturer - who told them it would not be covered under the warranty. Just Medical told me the address to send the item to for it to be repaired by the manufacturer, and said that they would cover the repair costs. I will 100% buy more from Just Medical! And the prices were significantly better than CVS & Walgreens, who didn't have exactly what I needed. Same type of tape, but in 2inch and I needed 1 inch.
