Couldn't even remember name of the medical tape/wrap I needed. Once I described it to the gentleman who answered the phone, he was able to discern what I needed. And calm me down. And the prices were significantly better than CVS & Walgreens, who didn't have exactly what I needed. Same type of tape, but in 2inch and I needed 1 inch. Not only was he so nice on the phone, when I got there half hour later, he had it out waiting for me . Great personalized customer service with a smile. Even though this place is significantly far from my home (in excess of 10 miles), next time I have a need I will call and drive there.

They're worried about the money but meanwhile they be getting paid in cash and I can have a medicine so I can live. It's very sad that people keep putting profit over anybody else. Purchased a new GE stackable laundry unit which they delivered. When the plumber hooked up the…read moredryer, it ran but wouldn't heat. So I called Dunrite and was told they could either give me a new one or just have someone come and look at it - it probably wasn't a big problem. So I agreed to have someone look at it. They us Bodewell appliance services so they came and ordered 3 parts which were delivered to the house. when they came back to actually fix the dryer - they said they didn't need the parts - it was just a loose connection. At this point, I contacted Dunrite and said I just wanted a new unit. HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO MENTION TO ME DURING OUR ORIGINAL CONVERSATION THAT ONCE SERVICE COMES, DUNRITE CAN'T REPLACE THE UNIT. They are no longer involved - how unfortunate - they assured me that they would love to help me - however their hands are tied because now I was dealing with Bodewell. Dunrite was no longer responsible for the product they sold to me. This would have been so much easier if they had told me that when I was deciding whether to have it replaced or just try fixing it. Very disappointed and I won't be returning to the store for anything.

Last year, I purchased a set of Sylvania Silver Star bulbs for our car. Last week, one of them…read morewent out, still within the 12 month warranty. Luckily, I still had my receipt (though they said they would take the failed bulb back via mail) and they told me to scan and e-mail the receipt and they would send out a replacement. I did this. Their e-mails were personalized and FAST, less than a 1 day turnaround. Today, I got a package from Sylvania. It had not one, but TWO replacement bulbs in it (a $40 value). This was an unexpected and most welcome surprise. I was only expecting to replace the new bulb I bought, but they sent me two. No charge for shipping or anything. THIS is customer service people!! :)
