She essentially cut the dress in half and remade a whole new dress. She added thicker straps, hemmed the bottom beautifully, removed a layer of unnecessary fabric, added breast pads, and gave me a beautiful shape by fixing the whole top half. The process was easy and fun. I will 10000% be coming back for future projects!

The pants had a dust of some kind on them and smelled musty for some reason. The shirt shrunk and needs to be replaced, for some reason it made me very itchy. The suit jacket had lint and pet hair on it (I have no pets), along with some of the dust as well. I was 30 minutes late to my event due to having to try and fix the items. I received a call from one of the owners of a different location that is further away and no refund will be given. It was expensive, more than other companies I've since called, and I do not trust it to drive further away for a complimentary re-clean after having that experience. The items had all been dry cleaned before by another company and I've never had an issue. Sad that I'm out the money and the cost of a new shirt. I do have to say the staff I've spoken to were kind, no issues with that.
