This paces is ah-ma-zing. I don't know what they did to their fruits and vegetables but for whatever reason they just taste so much better than the others. Their coffee and smoothie bar is off the chains and although it's pricey it's pretty legit, so worth it. Great service. The employees were nice. They seen I wasn't familiar where things were and helped me find whatever I needed. You can grab some food and drinks then chill outside.

So I basically only came here to get one of the viral smoothies that they have. I went with the Coconut Cloud that is $20. Yes I know very expensive. The whole store is but I enjoyed the smoothie it was very delicious.

High quality offerings and grew staff, who are attentive and eager to help customers locate things. Parking is free with receipt validated. Great smoothie options and cold brew coffee as well.

    Custom smoothie...tastes like health!

Stopped by for a quick pick me up after a hike. We ordered custom smoothies and some treat (chocolate chip cookie, blueberry muffin, and chocolate muffin). It was busy at the smoothie/juice bar, so it took a while for the drinks to be done. We were both a little disappointed in the smoothies and pasties. Everything was just alright, which is hard to justify with the price. The only thing I would not recommend at all is the chocolate muffin. Neither of us enjoyed that one!

I appreciate the complimentary valet parking here for customers. I also appreciate how aesthetically pleasing and clean the whole store is. Can't say you've been to Erewhon without trying their infamous smoothie right? Ordered both the Hailey Bieber drink and the coconut cloud. Hailey Bieber smoothie tasted like a basic strawberry banana smoothie with a hint of date. Coconut cloud was less sweet and thick than Hailey Bieber drink. I'd say both were a good experience to try, but not quite worth $20 for me. The self order kiosk was convenient as well as the text message notification when the drinks were ready. Store wasnt too big so by the time we were done browsing the drinks were done too

Ordered their Vanilla Matcha, it was too sweet. It might as well have been ice cream! My boyfriend had protein and almond butter in his which tasted better. The place was crowded and folks didn't have the best manners. Staying away from this location.

I usually love Irwin because I can go to the food bar and get whatever I want at whatever weight I want to purchase. This time I told the gentleman behind the counter. I only want a little bit of mac & cheese and he said to me that you have to get more because whatever you're buying has to be at least a pound. I have gone to numerous stores and they don't have these rules. When I told him that was illegal, a manager came and approved it. I just think whoever this manager is made up his own rules. I always love their curry help, short ribs, gluten-free, mac & cheese, and carrots! I gave it three stars with her. The food is always good!

Busy but worth it. Great selection of organic and healthy food, everything looks fresh and high quality. Prices are definitely on the high end, but the food is yummy and well made. A solid spot if you're looking for quality and don't mind paying a premium.

This iced americano is not bad but took 25 mins to get my drink at 7 30 am

Overpriced for the same quality type of groceries you can get at Sprouts or even Ralphs. There's nothing that justifies the insane prices of this place, but for whatever reason it is always packed to the teeth. Groceries are pretty basic. They have a hot lunch area, and the food is just as pricey. We're talking about $30 for a combo plate, and it is based on weight, so if they pour a tad bit more, it will raise the price, which they often do. They serve pizza, the cheapest thing here, but it is not that good, and it makes Little Caesars taste like fine dining cuisine. The coffee here is okay. The coffee bar, however, is slow in making drinks; it takes about 20 minutes to get your coffee. This is where they sell their famous shakes, overpriced $25 Bieber shakes. I don't get what the hype is, honestly; nothing here justifies the price. It's insane, but yet somehow the place is booming.

    Italian regional wines amongst others.

Imagine if Whole Foods had a champagne budget love child, and found a way to cram as much bougie stuff in as small a footprint as possible, with a wine shop.... Basically, that's this pricy place. I'd give it 5*, but you can feel your wallet getting lighter at checkout. On the other hand, their specialty sections are pretty badass, and occasional pantry supplements wouldn't hurt as much. What I was really impressed with, however, was the ready-made foods in general. That huge slice of fire cooked pizza, with kale and sausage was like something I'd find in Umbria, Italia. The pre-made sushi looks 10x better than anywhere else I've been, and what a selection, too! Seared salmon stood out. Coffee: I couldn't believe the shear quantity of brands, types, or variety. Standing at least 10 feet high, their rows are chock full of the best everything. Honey, Jams, sauces, dried herbs, spices, legumes. Even the produce is carefully selected and displayed. You won't see that at Ralph's or Vons, but possibly at that mega Pavillion on the hill on the Newport Coast. The wine annex is small but well curated. You could definitely find better prices elsewhere in the LA area, but they cater to the higher incomes and those whose tastes are linked to cost. I did see some exceptions and fantastic QPR options, so take the previous sentence with a nod towards Brunello, Barolo and Bordeaux. Overall, a shopping trip is costly aside noted from my first round with the slice of pizza, herbal beverage, and bag of house brand whole bean espresso, but I think it was fun. I'd visit here again when I find myself in the area. I noticed that they also do a lot of business with Doordash and Uber Eats, so there's that option to consider.

I now understand the hype. We got the smoothie bowls and it was very good. All the yummy smoothie blend you could ever want! However, I wasn't overly impressed with the large menu of options because a lot of them were not vegan or at least not 100% vegan. I don't really like to modify so I just went with the only vegan bowl they offered, but I was happy with it. While waiting, I was distracted by their deli and vegan raw dessert section. I absolutely love vegan raw desserts and if you don't know what that is, it's typically cashew nuts dates maybe coconut other variations of nuts. It's just my favorite and I saw the strawberry raw vegan pie and the chocolate bar. So of course I bought them and I'm glad I did. They were delicious. It's probably a good thing there is not a place next to me because I'd be spending a little too much time and money here lol

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat I would highly recommend their pizza slices which are a good value for this pricey store. I love browsing through the aisles to find that unique high end products they carry. To be honest some of their products can be lower than the mega super markets.

Pretty standard Erewhon I've been to! Clean, organized and EXPENSY lol I wanted to come to Erewhon since I wanted to try the new cactus jack smoothie (Travis Scott's smoothie with Erewhon). It wasn't as good as the Hailey Bieber IMO. The cost of the smoothie was at a whopping $22 which is expensyyy but worth trying :-)

They use farm raised salmon in their sushi. My $40 sushi/sashimi box had a gnarly worm in it. Were these clowns bought out by Amazon??

I had just come back from going…read moreout and ran into my mom in front of the elevator, and she asked me to go to the market with her. But honestly, this place is absolutely terrible and horrible. Both my mom and I agreed that we will never come back here again. My mom had come to get a refund because one of the pears she bought the day before was completely rotten. The market manager refunded $2 to her credit card, which was fine. The real problem started after that. When my mom was trying to drive out of the parking lot, the gate bar went up after scanning the parking ticket, but then suddenly came crashing down. If my mom hadn't quickly backed up, it could have hit her car. The bigger issue was that after that, the gate bar never went back up again. Cars behind us had to use another exit nearby. My mom, who was very shaken, went to ask the market manager what to do, but she said she didn't know. (At first, I stayed in the car and had to tell the cars behind us to use the other exit because the gate was not working). I was very upset when I heard that, so I went inside and asked the manager for the building management's contact number. She gave me a number, but when I called, the person who answered kept saying she couldn't find the address even after I repeated it more than ten times. Eventually, she told me they no longer manage that building. So I asked her to provide the contact number for the property management that handles the building, and she gave me another number. but it led to an automated system. After selecting the emergency option, a man answered, but even after I clearly spelled out "Zion" multiple times (Z as in Zebra, I as in Ice cream, O as in Oscar, N as in Nancy), he still couldn't understand and then told me that they no longer manage the building and hung up. We arrived at the market around 5 PM and didn't get out until 7 PM. No one helped us at all. After the call, I went back to the market manager again, but she still said she didn't know anything. It made me so angry--how can a manager not even know the property management contact for the building they work in? I also have low blood sugar, so when I get hungry, I start shaking. I ended up buying a piece of bread from the Paris Baguette inside the market. I didn't have cash with me, so I had to pay $3.50 with my card, but thankfully, the staff there was very kind. In the end, my brother had to come all the way from Burbank to get a new parking ticket for us so we could finally get out--after two hours. If he hadn't come, we might have been stuck there even longer or had to abandon the car. Thinking about it now still makes me extremely angry. The customer service is terrible, the building management is a mess, and there was no security at all. I never want to come back to this place. We spent two hours there, from 5 PM to 7 PM, completely wasting our time. Because of this, I couldn't do anything I had planned for the rest of the afternoon and evening. It was an absolute nightmare. My mom was also very upset and couldn't believe a place like this exists. FYI) Every time I come to this market, there is absolutely no cell phone signal., which is another major downside.

Prices everywhere are going up so I wouldn't say this is the cheapest place to shop but for what you get it's not bad, and if you are looking to get a variety of what you need for Asian cooking this is a good spot for it. Service was quick and friendly at the register as this no frills and casual market. There is a parking garage behind the grocery as part of the mall but it can get crowded on weekends so if you're lucky you can find street parking but watch for street signs and some areas and streets are not in the best neighborhoods adjacent so be wary of your surroundings.

I asked her how things worked and she explained it all. The kefir/kombucha bottles are $4 for 16 oz and they have 3 of each on tap. I asked Marcy about one before realizing everything had a QR code and you can easily pull up the ingredients and descriptions/directions for each item. I'm getting away from plastics and this place scratches me right where I itch! They sell just about anything you can imagine! I was so impressed w the selection! They even have produce and fresh sourdough bread! The day old is 50% off and I'm so mad I was in a pinch and had to buy store bought bread, otherwise I would've tried it today. I can't say enough. Even the music was fire and I was shazaming and jamming. Shower gels, body care, non seed oils, baking mixes, laundry pods and things you see in bulk at like Sprouts, but the quality and sourcing seems to be better. Some items don't need jars and they sell paper bags for .10 each. I did a kombucha/kefir tasting. Marcy brought these steel bowls over. No waste at all! If you drink the POG kefir soda at Erewhon and love it, try it here! It's made w fruit and is noticeably better! And POG there is my fave. Just try it at Re_!!! So when I was checking out I asked Marcy about being more prepared and bringing my own glasses next time. They've thought of everything!!!! There's iPads and scales in the front of the store. They weigh your empty containers and give you a sticker with the tare weight and then subtract it from the weight at the end! Revolutionary! They add 3% for the employees. I should've added more. Marcy was amazing and worth it. I'm honestly not big on tipping everyone for just breathing but if all the employees are like Marcy, they are worth way more than 3%! If you sign up you get 100 points instantly, $1 = 1 pt, and at 200 pts you get $10! It's not hard to spend in places like this but it's beyond worth it. I keep seeing things about the harms of plastic and don't get me started on all the other crap in our food. I foresee this as a new staple in my diet and home. They even have cleaning products! I'm getting my spices here from now on too! I'm a fan and I'll be back! Thank you Marcy and to the owners that had this amazing idea!
