I am just now getting to write this review. I came in for a pick up order on June 26th. They don't know this but I was acting as a caretaker that day so picking up food for someone who just got out of surgery. Being a caretaker, even if for 2 days, is draining. So to encounter what I did in the midst of that was disheartening. Basically, I came in and was not greeted at all. I waited. I waited. Then, I moved closer to where the barista was working. Still nothing. Then, a man comes in and the same barista greets him. Turns out the man was picking up an order. Same as me. But he was likely with Uber Eats or Door Dash. After he took care of that man...mind you greeted, got his order and bid him ado...he still didn't attend to me. So, I finally greet him: Hi, how are you doing? I'm here to pick up a to-go order. The name is... He turns to go check and may have said something minimal. I can't remember. I do remember he never made eye contact. He must've said it's coming or something. I go back towards the front to wait. Another man enters, who is greeted by a different employee. Kindly. Takes care of the guy and even says have a good day. That same, second man brings me my to-go order. Doesn't say have a good day. I mean it's not like it's not possible, right. Don't gaslight me. I just 2 different people treat 2 different people better than I was. I check my bag and ask for utensils. He gets them. That's it. I decide to call after I left. Mind you parking stinks around this area. I would never think to come here to struggle and pay for parking and deal with bad customer service and food that is mid at best. The manager, a lady, wasn't much better. She apparently was sitting in the store and remembered me and the color I was wearing. She's basically like I saw you. I don't know what happened. I'll have to check with my staff because we don't discriminate. Mind you, ai didn't mention race. Was it because I was black? Perhaps because I was a woman? I will never know. What I do know is I was treated differently real time. Looked past. Given a lower level of priority and reception. But I'm puzzled that if this manager saw 3 very different interactions, why didn't she intervene. People have built in biased whether they are aware of it or not. And there is a difference between intent and impact. I did not feel seen. I did not feel empathy. She offered a free drink. She apologized. But it didn't feel heartfelt or sincere. You know how when you can tell when they are genuinely disappointed and want to really make it right. I told her that I didn't even live in the area and wasn't thrilled about returning. This place is really great! I stopped in here after my hike and it was just what I was looking for. They have lots of yummy options to choose from but I got a custom bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Personally, I love fresh coconut sprinkled right on top. The burrito was also excellent & the spicy salsa (vegan) needs to be bottled & sold! & the Açaí smoothie was delicious & just what I need to wash everything down I love the finishing touches with the small organic Gummy Bear bag & the thoughtful packaging by putting the cold sparkling water in a small bag to keep it away from wetting everything else in the big bag. Lastly, with everything rising in price, I was really impressed that their pricing is amazing! Yes, you can add a bunch of items & make it an expensive burrito, however, remember for what you are adding, even that final price isn't that expensive. Simple, fresh, and delicious are the best way to describe Organico. Their menu has options from super healthy all the way to indulgent, and I am already thinking of what I'll order next time so I can explore the menu and all of their creative options. We ordered the Wild-caught Paleo Tuna Salad and two different kinds of Quesadillas, and everyone loved their meals. The food arrived quickly in simple, sustainable packaging, and I loved how creative the combinations were. The tuna salad has a wonderful citrus zest to it, and there's no mayo (or at least it doesn't taste like they used mayo), so you can eat it without feeling sick full when you're done. I love the veggie heavy salad that comes with it, and the ranch dressing may be the best ranch I've ever had. The quesadillas were hot and cheesy and so fun because you can add your own filling - and they give you a generous amount of whatever you choose with the first four being free. They even included complimentary lollipops and gummy bears for dessert in our bag - such a sweet, thoughtful touch! Went above and beyond! +Yummy, and affordable if you don't add meat. Parking is baaad, though. I showed up minutes after placing my order, was on a time crunch -- and they made sure to have it ready quickly. The cashier let me know that they're running behind on the fried potatoes side (I actually didn't think the sandwiches always came with a side -- they do, as in the pictures). He offered sweet potatoes instead, which I was totally fine with. 2 minutes later... I got both a box of (fried) sweet potatoes, and (fried) regular potatoes! The prices are great if you stick to vegetarian toppings. Once you add protein, it jumps to the typical (crazy) price you'll pay for a sandwich anywhere in L.A. now. The main downside is parking. There is just no place to park for pickup orders, if you're lucky then you park on red in front of the doors. Otherwise you end up using the bus stop's curb, or blocking the alley. I got Organico for the first time for lunch! Working in DTLA has its perks since this Organico is just down the street. I got an Iced Oat Milk Latte and a Custom Organic Bowl with chicken, cucumber, corn, cauliflower, romaine, and potatoes with a lemon vinaigrette It sounds simple, but each item in the bowl shined on its own. The charboiled chicken was seasoned just right, and the mix of my favorite veggies provided a great balance of freshness and texture. I am a big fan of lemons in general and love the tanginess of any lemon salad dressing. Organico's lemon vinaigrette tied together the whole bowl for me. It's a must try if you like lemons and want to add a fresh citrus element. It definitely exceeded expectations! It's true that their quality of ingredients are exceptional. Food is really good! I've only tried one of their burritos. I can taste the quality on every bite!

Predominately a takeaway or delivery restaurant (they have very few dining tables), they package and organize their orders extremely well. As you can see from my pic, not only can you see the sturdiness of their boxes but they also numbered the food item on the receipt to each box. Our order arrived quickly and the App worked well. We started with the Custom Organic Wrap (really labeled as the Paleo Chicken Wrap). This was the biggest wrap I've ever had. As you can see in my pic, it was mostly course chopped grilled chicken. The chicken was seasoned mildly. The wrap was collard greens and I added kale as my base. These greens were packed with nutrients and densely flavored. I added as "toppings" corn (which was quite naturally sweet), roasted sweet potatoes (which was also quite naturally sweet), diced tomatoes and pickled onions. The super flavor enhancer was the chimichurri sauce (you see the side container of it). This had quite the herbal punch. We then shared the Organic Grilled Lemon Chicken Bowl. From my pic you can see the ingredients: all were fresh and plentiful. There was tons of grilled chicken. The star was the tangy lemon vinaigrette. It was quite lemony without having a hard lemon flavor or being too tart or sweet. It was creamy and acted as a compliment to, rather than over power, the chicken. While we didn't share their Costume Breakfast Bowl, it certainly looked good and had tons of options. I'm sure there were enough options to satisfy any palate. read more

Yeah, we don't appreciate paying 35 dollars for a bowl, only to get a bunch of hard overcooked little dry pieces of chicken that seemed like they'd been sitting in a bin all day. Just ordered two bowls, in each bowl, half the chicken was ok, and half the chicken was inedible. Reminded me of the overcooked to turkey from national lampoons Christmas vacation. I believe you can either order at the kiosk or at the kiosk with the help of the cashier(?). We ordered at the open kiosk because the couple at the other kiosk appeared to have a more complicated order and was asking the cashier a lot of questions. There is a paper menu to browse but it doesn't have drinks listed. There's also a refrigerated section where you can grab a cold drink in a can or bottle. I didn't look too closely at this section. We ordered a cold brew: One with milk One with cane sugar The coffee was surprisingly smooth and easy to drink.
