I hired Ergeon to install part of a fence that was starting to fall over. Their quote was fair, representatives were friendly and quick to reply and answer questions. Ricardo was our rep and couldn't have been happier with his service. The installers were quick and did a great job. My only request is that they inform clients beforehand that the fence quote does not include weather protecting it instead of after. I just assumed the wood was pressure treated or something. So I had to follow up and ask what weatherproofing stain to use and do that myself. Not a big deal but just something to mention. This company was excellent! Diego gave me a detailed description of the project which included a visual picture. They included digging permits and surveys. After that it was only about a week before the actual date to install was scheduled. The installers were on time, respectful and professional. I had looked at other companies but they were not licensed, and their quote was significantly higher than ERGEON, and weren't scheduling for at least a month in advance. We are very happy with the work and they were very punctual. Even with the cost of lumbers have gone up, they were very reasonable.

We had to redo our driveway on a new house we purchased in a pinch. Ergeon, and Alan in particular, were able to turn around a quote very quickly based on a virtual meeting and were able to use satellite imagery to get square footage. When they came out in person they were also able to validate that quote, showing that their virtual process is well oiled. Their quote was very competitive compared to other quotes we got, and we got quite a few in quite a large range. Their process for handoff to project management was also very seamless. read more

Ergeon was the only one who offered to do the quote digitally (using a video conference to show off the fence and get details) which I appreciated in these quaran-times. They also made it really easy to discuss details and particulars, as I had a large amount of fencing to replace with each section having something unique about it. Followed up three times asking when we could schedule an estimate. Was promised a call or an email. Crickets. To be perfectly clear to start, I did NOT use Ergeon for the job, but ended up hiring an out of work personal friend instead who would do it sooner and a bit cheaper (he did a fabulous job), but I got a bid from Ergeon and I was impressed with the experience. They did not come out to the property, which I thought was odd at first, but they leveraged technology to provide a bid in a very expeditious fashion. Their representative, Marlon, scheduled a video chat where I showed him the collapsing section of fence, then they used satellite data to measure the distance and produced a bid within 24 hours. The price seemed very fair, the materials proposed were quality, so I would likely have gone with them had the circumstances been different. I got very good follow up from Marlon and overall, I got a great impression from the bid experience. read more
