After dragging me along for months and months, he never showed up and eventually stop responding to my texts and voicemail. Best of all, his price was definitely fair and sensible! Scott and his team promptly came out and begun the breakdown and hauling of the old wood fence that was on top of our concrete wall. The breakdown of the old wall and installation of the new vinyl fence topper was done efficiently and professionally!! We now have a beautiful wall topper in our backyard thanks to Scott. Scott from Family Fence & Supply was recommended by our neighbor when deciding to update the fencing on either side of our homes. Scott came out to quote for each neighbor, offering a very fair price and was very prompt with responses and lead time. We had Scott and his team install vinyl fencing to replace old, rotted wood fencing on both sides of our home, including a small custom fence for a dog run we have along side our yard. Install was quick and very professionally done. Our backyard was in great shape after and the team took good care not to trample our landscape. I do have to mention that it was probably the hottest point of the early summer in Riverside and he and his team still came and knocked it out in great time. I called Family Fence and Supply to come and repair my fence that blew down in the wind a week and a half ago. After talking to him everything seemed fine until the day that he said he was going to come. He called me that day and said that he was going to have to postpone till after the weekend because he had some vehicle troubles. I said that's fine, so then I called him back the day he was supposed to come and he did not answer so I left him a voicemail asking to call me back. It's been 5 days now with still no response on this so now I'm back to square one trying to find someone to come repair my fence. EDIT So Scott finally reached me while I was out of town and had someone there the next day. I'm not giving a "5 star" rating just because of the time it took but the work that was performed was great so I'm bumping my post up to 4 stars. Scott from Family Fence and Supply responded pretty quickly and was able to come out on fairly short notice to replace termite eaten posts on our wooden fence. Scott and his crew arrived on time and were very friendly and outgoing. They were also able to complete some last minute repairs requested by my adjoining neighbor. Their rate was very fair for the post replacement and they even replaced several broken boards without charge. The work was completed quickly and neatly and they even trimmed the trees that were hanging over the fence. I was very impressed with the work on Scott's website.
