Over the course of my life, and multiple relocations, I have used the services of 12-15 different dentists and staff. Most of the dentists were good and their staff were good enough. My previous dentist was the best, but he retired. I then began the search for someone just as good with a combination of skill and customer service. The process was neither easy nor quick. However, through the recommendation of a friend, I found Dr. Kayee Siu and couldn't be more pleased. She has an excellent staff beginning with her front desk staff, who are also cross-trained to do everything in the back. Dr. Siu, herself, couldn't be better. She is patient, kind, very thorough and her attention to detail, is the best I've seen. Since she is considerably younger than me, I should never have to search for another dentist.

I experience moderate discomfort during routine dental visits, and his team always goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable throughout my visit. My former dentist would fault me for this: "you dont floss enough or brush thoroughly..etc" was their reason for my consistent discomfort. At this clinic, I experience none of that. You're uncomfortable? Okay we'll numb you- no more pain and leaving in a bad mood after treatment. I am always greeted very kindly by the girls up front and my hygienist. Hearing everyone talk and laugh frequently with Dr. Mercado goes to show that it's a healthy work environment and enjoyable place to work. I later confirmed that my previous quote was to restart the case, since the initial Invisalign setup fees had already been paid. So I called Hoybjerg to clarify and asked whether, if they were taking over my case, those initial fees might already be covered. The administrator who originally handled my quote understood and said she'd check with the team and call me right back. That was over three weeks ago. No follow-up. No response. What's most disappointing isn't the pricing -- it's the lack of care. The interaction felt surprisingly transactional and unempathetic. It's not just about being quoted a higher fee; it's the dismissal that seemed to follow when I presented that certain fees were already lodged. I didn't expect special treatment, but I did expect the courtesy of a returned call -- especially after they promised one. I have had a lot of prior dental work and was looking for a place where I would eventually end up getting implants. I wanted someone that would help me create and maintain my perfect smile, not someone who would see $$$$$ as soon as I opened my mouth. Dr. Asma Sajid is the epitome of what a caring dentist should be. She is throughout, gentle, knowledgeable and works with you to maintain the health of your smile. Each visit was better than the last. After a couple filings, I ended up getting a crown on a tooth. I came in recently and was told that my gums are healthy and the pockets have actually gotten smaller!! I have finally made the decision after TEN YEARS to finally get an implant on a tooth that has been the bane of my existence. I had questions about what appeared to be major gum surgery instead of Laser and the office manager replied: "Would you rather lose your teeth it's your decision". No one likes to get major work done with a new dentist, but Dr. Lee and his staff are phenomenal. Jackie at the front desk is awesome and has the greatest sense of humor. She really cares about her job and how the patients feel and is so willing and understanding to help with payments. I also believe they take CareCredit, but I'm not sure. Dr. Lee himself is an extremely caring, knowledgeable and thorough dentist. I felt very at ease in his care, and I can be quite picky as I've worked in the dental industry before. I can tell you Dr. Lee knows his stuff and is also very honest and just a happy fellow. His smiling eyes and painless numbing procedure will put you at ease. Oh, and did I mention that I LOVE the replacement crown I got? The fit is perfect (it needed ZERO bite adjustment!) and super comfortable like an original tooth. The color is dead on.
