I am terrified of the Dentist- PTSD, from all the orthodontist work in the past. Not fun! But Dr. Andrade makes visits that much more welcoming. He is kind, professional, and extremely gentle with his work. The hygienist are all so great, patient, gentle, professional, and super sweet. Front staff, same! Omg! They are extraordinary! My husband suddenly got tooth pain around 2pm. We went to another dental emergency place , waited an hour, only for us to be told the dentist is not available for us. I called everywhere frantic and finally came upon dynamic dental. It was around 3:30 and they made an exception and say they could see us even though they were going to close at 5. Let me tell you, they were so nice!! From the front staff to the back staff to the doctor, they were amazing! They got us in fast and orderly. They made the process so nice and easy. My husband has dental anxiety and they made him so comfortable. He was vibing with everyone, even in pain. Dr.Andrade is so nice and professional. He made both of us feel at ease and relaxed. My husband had to get his teeth extracted. My husband said he didn't feel a thing! Dr. Andrade made him feel so comfortable that he was surprised when it was all over. We didn't have dental insurance and the cost out of pocket for his extractions was super affordable. We got quoted more expensive at plenty of other places . We were super happy that it was affordable! I have my own dentist I go to, but after this appointment, we both decided that this is the place for both of us! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent visit, and I feel it is important to outline the issues I encountered. Initially, when I scheduled my appointment for a mouth guard, I was promised a discount. However, upon arrival, no one had any information about this discount. After some discussion, the doctor mentioned a 5% discount, which I found inadequate. Eventually, I was told that I would receive the mouthguard for free. After waiting for over 10 minutes under the impression that I would be receiving the mouth guard at no charge, I was informed that I would actually be charged the original quoted price. This back-and-forth and lack of clear communication were very frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, my parents have also decided to stop using Dynamic Dental. My father's dentures repeatedly broke, and despite having to pay for repairs multiple times, it was never properly explained to my elderly parents that a new set of dentures should have been made from the start. This lack of transparency and proper guidance is unacceptable and costs my parents a lot of money. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this dental office. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I also will be getting my friends and family to go elsewhere. VERY disappointed especially since I was such a loyal customer!!!! read more

I finally have some time to sit down and write a review about Dynamic Dental. This place is remarkable! This is our first time here. Everything is so clean and pristine. I like how the place has pictures of Dr. Andrade and Dr. Montalvo's family portraits instead of any random pictures. To me, it means a lot, and it shows that family is vital. The front desk girls were so sweet, helpful, and professional. If I remember correctly, it was Gabriella and Ophelia (sorry if I spelled your names incorrectly). From the initial start, they call and text to confirm the appointments. They were upfront about the cost/schedule fee before the treatment got started. I know this because I have access to the schedule fee as well (as a member through our plan) since we pay out of pocket for the services, so it was important for me to know how much everything was going to cost. The dental hygienist(s) were also nice. Everyone here made the transition so smooth for us including the doctor, herself. It was actually a BIG relief for me to know that this place was able to provide the services we seek (for my son). Even though we did not have the pleasure to meet either, Dr. Andrade or Dr. Montalvo, but that was okay because we got to meet one of their outstanding associate, Dr. Kinga. Dr. Kinga was astounding! She was very pleasant, confident, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient! Not to mention that she was tall and pretty, also. She made us, (especially my son) very comfortable. He was so relaxed and he trusted Dr. Kinga with no questions about his dental procedure (EXT). I think Dr. Andrade and Dr. Montalvo have done an excellent job with their practice by hiring the right professional people to work for them. The quality and service are awesome. Dr Andrade was really nice and very friendly. He was thorough for my sons exam. He explained everything well and reviewed the X-rays/images with us. The hygienist was also very nice and they were able to get my sons cleaning done at the same appointment even though when I booked they said it may not be possible. I was glad they were able to get the cleaning done so we didn't have to come for another appointment. I am very pleased with the care I received this morning. I've searched for a dentist to remove a bad root canal tooth (and install an implant) and put on some new crowns. I had consultations with 4 different dentists.... Some had a free initial consultations, some didn't. One wanted to do a lot of extra work to make my teeth look like DJT's, another was the same cost but without the crowns, another wanted to send me to different oral surgeon to have the tooth removed (which a $200.00 consultation fee when I had already paid for a consultation.) I choose Dynamic Dental (even though I was suspicious of a dental office with such a cutsie name). And I was throughly impressed! During the initial exam they explained what the problems were with my teeth, and then what I need. Cost was in the range of the others. I was terrified of getting the tooth and the other crowns removed, but they were patient, explained what they were doing, and took enough time so there was no pain. Now, 10 hours later, I haven't had any pain (although they did give me a prescription for pain.). I recommend this office! read more

I had not gotten a dental cleaning in nearly 15 years, so as you can imagine my teeth and gums were not in great shape when I finally found the angel known as Dr. Andrade. When I made my new patient appointment, I explained how terrified I was and was calmed down by a caring and compassionate woman over the phone. She promised me their Doctors would be gentle and patient. Boy was she right. My consultation went great. Nichelle seated me, calmed my nerves, and ensured I was comfortable. She was gentle in taking X-rays and photographing my teeth. I was afraid of being judged by the condition of my teeth and gums, but Nichelle treated me with such dignity and respect, nearly all of my fears melted away. When I finally met Dr. Andrade, he was also SO kind and considerate. He told me that my teeth were not in as bad of shape as I had thought and that all we needed to do was focus on a few things to get my oral health back on track. There was a bit of bad news sprinkled in there regarding the need for advanced deep cleaning and the fact that my bite teeth were shifting severely due to thrusting my tongue and I'd need to get that corrected with orthodontics to avoid the need for a surgical fix down the road. I had known about the teeth shifting for a while, especially since I started wearing a CPAP about 3 years ago. It was finally time to book my next appointment to start treatment and I wasn't nearly as terrified. I brought my husband in for both of my deep cleaning appointments as support. I feel so bad for not remembering the hygienist's name because she was AMAZING and SO gentle. She repeatedly asked if I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Because my gums were so swollen and inflamed, I needed more novocaine than most people, but she was so gentle while injecting. She also performed laser treatments on my gums, which was scary, but necessary. I am now finished with the deep cleanings, scaling as well as replacements of a couple of 25-year-old fillings that had come out. My gums have fully healed and look SO healthy! I'm now just waiting for my orthodontic liners to arrive so I can start that journey. If you've made it this far reading this review and you're still on the fence about booking an appointment, please don't wait. You won't find a more caring group of dental professionals than those at Dynamic Dental. read more

I have never been more disappointed in the customer service of a dentistry. Spoke with a receptionist Ofelia today for an emergency appointment with my child and was chastised for not fixing this issue last year. Well Ms. Ofelia, you never know what's happening in someone else's life especially during a pandemic..as parents of multiple we try to do our best but living in a world of covid for the last year which included homeschooling three kids, working from home, and surviving an unprecedented situation while also being financially restricted I was unable to resolve that issue until now. Thank you for your judgement this morning and I hope that you get some additional training on customer service. My call today was to find a resolution for my child today, for you to fix the tooth and take the necessary money to do so. *Update* Ofelia was still very rude when we arrived but the rest of the staff was stellar! I absolutely love the dentist himself who is always warm and inviting. He actually does treat you just like you are family. All of the work was done and my daughter will no longer be in pain!
