The front desk staff does change from visit to visit, so you may not always see the same person who helped you previously, but everyone I've encountered has been amazing. If you value transparency, just ask. I started with a consultation, we discussed a treatment plan, and I received a detailed quote. Perfect. As I followed the plan through my fourth appointment, I asked for an updated printout outlining my remaining treatment and the expected costs for each visit. The dental assistant reviewed a change in my estimate and explained that the additional treatment may or may not be necessary, but it was better to have it included than be caught off guard later. I appreciated the honesty. She also offered to submit everything to my insurance for processing. Do you, boo! From my experience, this office is exceptional. I've arrived on time for every appointment, checked in, paid my portion upfront, and typically waited only 5-10 minutes before being called back. The X-ray technician is incredibly sweet. The hygienist is wonderful, she takes her time and thoroughly examines your teeth. Dr. Gaddis and her dental assistant were extremely careful during my tooth extraction. The moment I felt uncomfortable, they paused to check on me and make sure I was okay. What really prompted me to leave this review happened today. I stopped by because I had been losing sleep, worried that one of my stitches had come loose after my extraction. There were three staff members at the front desk, and the dental assistant who helped with my procedure came out as well. Every single one of them reassured me that it was completely normal after a couple of days. I felt a little silly asking, but they listened without judgment and even asked whether the area was still hurting. When I told them it was still tender, they reassured me that was normal too. This dental office healed a part of the 16-year-old version of me that had a traumatic experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Their patience, compassion, transparency, and genuine care have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Thank you for making what used to be a stressful experience feel safe again.

I…read morehave mixed interactions with the front staff and being able to schedule exams and cleanings the same day. The hygienist are good and people who take the xrays has been positive. Recently the customer service in the front was so horrible while I was checking in for my appointment I ended up canceling it due to the attitude. The employee was rude and had me call my dental benefits and waste my time to confirm what I already said. After being frustrated and going back and forth in-person with the front lady (same day as the appointment) she said she would waive the fee but I would get billed in the mail and have to deal with insurance on my own and contact my HR. Not once did she reach out to insurance and I was never asked any of these questions prior to the appointment. I asked her about information for the year and she was not very unhelpful so I just canceled. When I left I called my insurance myself and then called back and was put on hold for a while(again wasting my time). I communicated to her I was correct. She was extremely rude calling me Miss. (First Name) every time she spoke to me and kept saying per our conversation and changing the wording repeating herself. I just got tired of wasting my time and told her I wanted to speak to her manager about how rude she is and the customer service not provided. She said her manager left and everything was recorded in a weird tone. I asked her what that meant because I was in person prior and really that sounded just weird in general to say I was recorded in a dental office. I told her that is good her service is recorded and I wanted to speak to the Dentist. I have been a patient for some years and spend thousands of dollars there and the service should be better. She said she would notify the Dentist. After some time I get a call and it's the same lady I just spoke to! She called back rudely requesting information from my discussion with my dental provider. I told her I didn't want to talk to her but the Dentist about her service because I would hope she is unaware of how she treats her customers. The lady said she would tell the Dentist something else and I couldn't talk to the dentist unless I provided more information. Who knows what she communicated, so I messaged the office about making a complaint and no followup so far. My husband used to go to this dentist and got frustrated arguing with another front rude lady that used to work there so he found another one. It was an I told you so conversation from him. The staff at the front are the first line of contact and if they have issues with customer service and communication I'm going somewhere else. I pay way too much on my teeth to be treated that way.

My 84-year-old father recently had a very troubling experience with this dental office, and after…read moremaking every reasonable effort to resolve the matter privately, I feel compelled to share what occurred. My father is an elderly patient who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He speaks very softly; he stutters and struggles with mobility. As a result, he is particularly vulnerable and depends on healthcare providers to communicate clearly, exercise patience, and treat him with dignity and professionalism. The problems began during the crown process, on April 20, 2026. At the temporary crown appointment, my father informed the technician that the temporary crown had a rough edge. He was told not to worry about it. He also received very little guidance regarding aftercare and had to ask questions himself about eating, brushing, and flossing. Just a few days later, part of the temporary crown fell out, requiring an additional visit to have it reattached. A few days after that, the same portion fell out again. By the time he returned for his final crown appointment, the temporary crown was once again broken. During the final crown appointment on May 2, 2026, the technician removed the temporary crown and attempted to place the permanent crown. When it did not fit properly, the dentist, Dr. Kirandeep Kaur, entered the room and attempted to adjust the crown by grinding or drilling it outside of my father's mouth. The crown was then placed again, and my father was sent for an X-ray. After returning to the treatment room, my father was instructed to bite down on the crown. The crown cracked. My father immediately asked, "Did it crack?" The dentist responded, "Yes." At that point, my father expressed that he was unhappy with the experience. The dentist apologized and explained that another crown would need to be made. She further indicated that she could produce a replacement crown using a lower-quality material because it could be completed more quickly, and that the fee would be reduced. A staff member from the front desk later entered the room to ask why my father was unhappy. He explained the sequence of events and his concerns. Afterward, the dentist suggested beginning treatment on another tooth while waiting for the replacement crown process. My father declined. What is most disappointing is what happened afterward. On May 5, 2026, I personally visited the office and met privately with the office manager, Bella. The office was empty at the time, and our conversation was cordial and respectful. I specifically stated that my goal was not to create conflict, but rather to resolve the matter professionally and privately. I explained that I preferred to spread "light and love" rather than anger and that I hoped we could reach a fair resolution. I requested three simple actions: 1. A written apology to my father. 2. That his account balance be reduced to zero. 3. That his complete dental records be provided so he could seek treatment elsewhere and complete any remaining work with another provider. I requested that these actions be completed by May 9, 2026. The only request that was honored was the release of his records. No apology was provided. The account balance was not adjusted. Instead, my father later received a bill that included charges related to the replacement crown that became necessary after the original crown cracked during the fitting process. I am particularly disappointed because the office was given an opportunity to resolve this matter privately and respectfully. Rather than addressing the concerns of an elderly Parkinson's patient and demonstrating accountability, they chose not to follow through on the requested resolution. Patients deserve competent care, clear communication, and professional treatment--especially elderly patients who may be less able to advocate for themselves. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this office. My experience has been disappointing and…read morecostly. I initially paid approximately $500 for a partial crown. It fell off twice. The first time, I was told it could simply be reattached and that it should not come off again. However, when it fell off a second time, I was seen by a different doctor who then recommended a full crown instead. I was told a full crown would cost around $1,000, but they could "reduce" it to $700. This is frustrating, as I feel a full crown should have been recommended from the beginning rather than after the partial failed twice. At this point I have spent money and time without a lasting solution and now I'm left with an exposed tooth. I do not feel confident continuing care here and will be seeking treatment elsewhere.
