As someone who has become pretty well-versed in plastic surgery (for better or worse!), I truly believe Dr. Westreich is the real deal. I originally found him through extensive online research and because he met a very specific set of criteria I had. I was looking for a facial plastic surgeon (not someone who also does body work), double board certified, with an elite educational background (I know that sounds a bit snobby, but it gave me peace of mind), an office in one of the more expensive Manhattan neighborhoods (sounds snobby again, I know!), a strong reputation for rhinoplasty (since it's one of the most technically challenging procedures), a professional and well-kept office, not cheap but not super expensive, and great bedside manner. Very few doctors checked all those boxes. I called each one, and ultimately chose Dr. Westreich--and I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely happy with all my procedures. A few things worth noting: Dr. Westreich's work is subtle and natural. If you're looking for something more dramatic or "snatched," you should be very clear about that during your consultation. He's also very comfortable saying "no" if he doesn't think a treatment is right for you. While that's what any ethical doctor should do, I felt Dr. Westreich was especially thoughtful about it. I even asked about a facelift, and he told me I wasn't there yet--something I think many other doctors would have been willing to do. He offers a same-day booking discount that requires a deposit, but you still have time to change your mind and receive a full refund. Some of the negative reviews seem to stem from misunderstandings about this policy. Personally, I appreciated the discount, never felt pressured, and always found the staff to be kind and professional. That said, if this type of booking structure doesn't sit well with you, this office may not be the right fit. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Westreich if you're looking for natural-looking results from a skilled and ethical facial plastic surgeon.

Dr. Westreich injected a dissolving agent into my bottom lip and asked me to schedule a follow-up appointment. At my follow-up, it was clear that one side had dissolved more than the other, but both bumps were still there. He injected the dissolving agent again. To my shock, the front desk charged me for this visit--without any prior mention that I'd be billed again! This was a follow-up appointment, and I had assumed it was part of the original treatment. Ultimately, I had to go to another practice to fully dissolve my filler. Even worse, the new provider was shocked that Dr. Westreich hadn't addressed the puffiness and migration in my top lip. I had been so focused on the lumps in my bottom lip that I didn't think to bring it up, but I would have expected a trained professional to notice and mention it. At the new practice, I had both my top and bottom lip dissolved properly. I'm beyond disappointed--not only with Dr. Westreich's lack of attention to detail but also with being charged twice for an ineffective treatment.

I was referred by a work colleague who knew someone who received care at Dr. Mourad's office -but…read morethe referral was for another doctor at the practice who retired right before I called/went in for the consult. I feel God actually brought me to Dr. Mourad specifically. I immediately had confidence I was in the right office. He was kind, competent, patient, and really listened. He came up with an immediate action plan and knew exactly what my problems were but there was no pressure attached. He talked to me about my nose breaks and deviated septum and gave me great confidence that though my nose was complicated, he could help improve my life. Sadly, at the time of the initial consultation, I had some life setbacks and chose not to move forward. Two years passed, and I did have a few more consultations just in case Dr. Mourad could not accept me as a patient. What I loved and still love about Dr. Mourad was that he has a true, artistic, eye, and has adopted all modern techniques. Based on pictures, he creates natural, but beautiful/noticeable, positive results. He is also honest and describes all potential risks and potential methods he may need to use. He listens to his patients wants and needs. Since my previous visit a few years back, Dr. Mourad moved offices and is on 5th in a stunning office in the east 70s. His staff is kind and top notch. I did most of the communicating, but they were always on-point and helpful and made contact easy, seamless, and responsive . They also connected me with an amazing internist who I will use as my GI going forward. Dr. Mourad, though on vacation pre-surgery, worked with my endocrinologist to ensure I could have my surgery safely. My surgery was Tuesday August 20 and it was smooth and seamless. I just had an easy trust. He came and chatted with me for a few minutes and then I was walked in to the OR. I was knocked out before he scrubbed in, and he was out before I woke up haha but it was okay. I received pictures from him the very next day and a follow-up call. I immediately knew my breathing was going to be tremendously improved and was able to breathe freely before swelling took out my sense of smell and air flow.because I have a great deal of swelling I know it will take time to know what any results will be, but at the end of the day I think right off the table it's incredible to see what can be achieved. My slope is very good. I trust Dr. Mourad implicitly. I believe he will work hard to achieve the results you want with great technical skill, care, and concern. I went for a consultation at the age of 68 - I was preparing to have some facial surgery to take off some of the aging that has occurred. He presented a well thought out treatment plan and I underwent a major facial rejuvenation about three weeks ago. I was realistic about the outcome that was to be expected. Here are my thoughts: 1. Consultation was accurate and my results FAR exceeded the expectations. 2. There was great value for the fee I was charged. 3. The results were a tad unnatural for first 48 hours and no pain was experienced during the approximate hour and half procedure. 4. I would judge the results a B+ 72 hours after the procedure. 5. I would judge the results an A++ two to three weeks after the procedure. My gut feeling is that for 20% or less of the proposed plastic surgery fee - I ended up with 99% of the results. BUT UNLIKE SURGERY I ALWAYS LOOKED NORMAL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I would judge only a rare and very talented clinician has the critical eye that he has. I have had other facial fillers before and consider they were well done. He has set a new bar. Dr. Bracci is in my opinion a superb physician and a Zest for his work. Passion for results counts in my opinion. I feel my money VERY WELL spent and am happy that I avoided surgery. I had no work done on my eyes as he felt it was ill advised. I came in for my first laser facial with Nurse Tara Adashev on 2/17/2026 using the Lutronic Ultra system. I had generally great skin but wanted to improve some minor childhood acne scarring and a separate surgical scar. The procedure went well, and I was instructed to stay out of the sun for 7 days before returning to my normal routine. I followed those instructions and had no issues. Three months later, I returned for a second treatment. I was told it would be the same Lutronic Ultra treatment but on a higher setting. Before the procedure, numbing cream was applied to my face and neck. It is supposed to remain on for at least 30 minutes, but Nurse Tara came in after only about 20 minutes and wanted to begin. I told her my face was still not numb and that I wanted to wait longer. She insisted I would be fine and started anyway. The procedure was extremely painful, and I spent much of it squirming with tears running down my face. Afterward, I texted Office Manager Becca Feldman to ask how long I should avoid sun exposure. She told me 7 days. Assuming the post-care instructions were the same as my first treatment, I followed that advice. After 7 days, I went outside wearing SPF 70 sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. That turned out to be a major mistake. I developed severe burning and hyperpigmentation across my face, particularly on my cheeks and forehead. Even worse, the treatment left two visible scars on my neck and one on my face near my left temple. After several weeks with no improvement, I contacted the office. Rather than showing concern, I was told by Nurse Tara that I should have avoided the sun for 2 weeks, not 1 week, despite having been instructed otherwise by Becca Feldman via text. I received no apology for the incorrect post-care instructions or for the scars that resulted. I was also informed that I had not received the Lutronic Ultra treatment I requested. Instead, I was told a more powerful CO2 laser had been used. The day before this procedure, my skin was nearly flawless with an even complexion. Now I am dealing with severe hyperpigmentation and permanent facial and neck scarring. After spending nearly $30,000 at this clinic over time, I requested a refund for this treatment and was denied. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. No apology from Office Manager Becca Feldman for providing incorrect post-care instructions. No apology from Nurse Tara Adashev. No apology from anyone at the practice. Instead, they kept the more than $1,500 I paid and offered a prescription for skin-bleaching cream to address the damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice for laser treatments. The inconsistent post-care instructions, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility for a poor outcome have been deeply disappointing. Anyone considering laser procedures here should proceed with extreme caution.

My belly fat is still there, my breast size looks the same. Despite being very lean (around 46kgs), I was still told I was an ideal candidate before this procedure. I now realize this was misleading. After the surgery when I raised my concerns about the dissatisfactory results, they now tell me that I didn't have enough fat. Why mislead me and perform the surgery in the first place? More troubling is that over a year later, I still experience soreness and numbness in my abdomen and flanks. I've raised my concerns with the doctor, only to be met with disrespect and dismissive responses. At one point, I was even told that if I wasn't satisfied, I should have performed the surgery on myself--an incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable comment from a medical professional. I truly regret trusting this clinic. In hindsight, I wish the doctor had taken a more honest, ethical approach and guided me toward non-surgical options more appropriate for my body type and goals. I'm sharing this review to help others make more informed decisions and to hopefully prevent anyone else from going through a similar experience. There was zero empathy, zero accountability, and no concern for my health or well-being. Stacey and Deborah are manipulators. This place only cares about money, not patients.
