I had poorly done filler in 2021 by another office it was dissolved twice. most recently dissolved in 2024. I believed the hype of Dr. Devgans office from her IG, and had a non surgical rhino done with her years ago. so I thought she would be the right person to start over with lip injections. I was wrong. 3 days after having my injections I noticed they were above vermillion border, something I would expect done by an NP w little experience but not from a self proclaimed expert charging $1300 (not even a full syringe fyi) I got in touch with the office with pictures, they said they would schedule another visit. i asked if they would be charging me to dissolve this mistake-- and they said yes it's a different case. strangely they sent photos from the visit before my injections and you could clearly see in my pictures that issues prior from 2021 and 2022 had been dissolved. they tried to gaslight me by saying I had come in with migrated filler--- then why would she add more? also there's a photo-- and my photo showing misplacement from 3 days later... I felt the need to send them my receipts from dissolution in 2024 even though there was photographic evidence from THEIR office photos. TLDR - dont believe the hype. the good reviews are from her skincare line and if you search her name and "scam" or "fraud" you'll see I'm not the only one being mistreated read more

Well, I have no experience with Dr Devgan's services, but I am writing this review of one of her products (I attempted to write one on the skincare website but they removed it or would not post it...sketchy!) So if this saves anyone the trouble...They changed formulas of one of my fave products, the lengthening mascara, if I had known in advance there was a relaunch and ingredient change I would have been more careful and asked a few questions, that being said they have every right to do so. Overall a disappointing experience, from the first moment to the last. The young woman at the front desk seemed quite disinterested in greeting me. Once I was ushered into a room, I had to wait over an hour for first meeting with Dr. D. I wound up having a few injections, and regret that I did so. The injections were standard Botox, but the prices were simply absurd. Indeed, I am cross with myself for not walking out when the list of prices was presented. Update: I came to Dr. Devgan this afternoon seeking the appearance of a lifted eyebrow without doing anything invasive (I'm 30 years old and not looking for a facelift or anything crazy). I typically use brow pencil to draw my arches a little higher and with this procedure I'm hoping to eliminate that step in my beauty routine :) We decided to do an injection with a substance similar to Botox but it has a different name (I forget-- it's called Dysport or Xeomin or something). She's seriously the best I love coming to her for tiny natural looking freshen-ups!! It takes a few days to get the full result so I'll be sure to update everyone! *also, it just feels like light tapping on my forehead! Absolutely horrible horrible experience and customer service. I got my lips dissolved and re filled by Dr Devgan. She was so aggressive and not gentle at all. I was in so much pain. The first appointment she dissolved and filled same day which everyone knows makes no sense. I then had to go back four times to keep getting it dissolved. Then when finally filled again she put on the top of my lip and it migrated up. They would not refund for anything and charged an absolute fortune! Please be careful when it comes to this doctor; Her Instagram isn't what she does in reality. Do NOT be fooled. Dr. Devgan lacks skills, work ethics and humility. She butchered my lips and left me with a huge lump on my lips (as shown on the photo). Won't take responsibility for her actions; instead blamed her bad technique on me, the patient. SCAMMER!!! Do yourself a favor - DO NOT COME HERE! I went there last year and I was happy about it, she told me the prices upfront and we did as we discussed. So I came back this year and it went horrible. She spent with me 7 min, did tear-through augmentation, but she charged as twice as last year. I wasn't ready to pay $5000. And it did not go well. When I came home I called the same level doctors in the same area, and they told me they charge 2500. I was all swollen and bruised. It was not symmetrical and there was under eye hollow. I complained and they told me to come back, but when I came back in a week the staff was rude, made me wait 1.5 hrs, when the doctor arrived to the room she was also super rude, saying she doesn't want to do anything, I shouldn't have come. I flew in from Texas to see Dr. Lara. I got fooled by Her Instagram page. I'm 59 years old - I have had 3 terrible Botox experiences in the past and was super nervous to try again. After waiting 1 hour 35 minutes in office - Dr. Lara arrived - I began to tell her my prior experiences and how scared I was to get the same results. She said "hop up in the chair - let's see". After a total of 7 minutes - she recommended fillers for cheek, jaw line and Botox. I told her I had 5,000 to spend - my total bill was 6,600. After 4 days the Botox was evident - and squished my eyes AGAIN and it looked like i got punched at the top of my nose. I will attach a picture. I sent an email to her - and below is her response to me " From Dr Lara: "Hi Patricia as we discussed extensively in your consultation, you have severe tissue laxity that requires surgery. This is the absolute best result that you can conceive of getting without a major surgical intervention in the form of coronal brow lift, upper lid blepharoplasty, lower lid blepharoplasty, lateral canthopexy, autologous fat grafting, and malar fat pad blending-- and even then there will be heaviness in the area mentioned. This is the reason that every Botox treatment you have experienced has yielded the same result. This is a limitation of your anatomic characteristics." SO, SHE INJECTED BOTOX ANYWAY!!! Why? She stated above that it would do this - and then she injects me anyway???? RUN FAR AWAY .... If there was an option to pick negative stars, that would be my choice. Dr. Devgan is a fraud. She preformed what was supposed to be a neck and lower face lift on me two years ago. I am just able to speak about it now. This was suppose to correct the problems that bothered me, which were laxity in the neck, jowls and downward frown. The day of surgery she decided that the plan we had for these corrections, while in my operating gown were no longer going to be able to be achieved unless we added a mid face lift. Not knowing what to do we had to wire an additional 70k in order to get the result we expected from the start. Unfortunately Dr Devgan never resolved any of my issues and I was left with horrible scarring , neck laxity and no mid facelift. After two years, I just had a revision surgery with an amazing doctor who confirmed that a mid facelift and neck lift were never done. Dr. Devgan has been so unprofessional and will not admit to the wrong she has done to me, and has refused any compensation, after I spent a absolute fortune for zero results. Fooled by the Instagram glitz. Booked an appointment for surgery consultation (at $500) so decided to get my Botox treatment done here which can be applied against the consultation fee. I have been getting Botox for 10 years, this was by far the worst result. Dr Devgan hit a blood vessel which I felt immediately as it's painful and has happened to me before. Most providers say something and immediately apply ice to minimize bruising. She said nothing. When the nurse came into the room afterwards I asked for an ice pack because I thought I had a bruise. She said it looked fine. I walked out of the office with a huge welt on my face. I waited 14 days only to find minimal improvement. My forehead movement was also very asymmetrical and I had to go somewhere else to have it corrected. Surgery consultation was also a waste of time. I asked to see pictures of similar procedures and they told me to schedule time and come back. The surgery fee was INSANE. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. read more

This is a review for her $150 lash serum, (that doesn't work), and calling her out for posting fake reviews. The reason she has all 5 star reviews on her website is because they don't allow negative reviews to be posted. After doing some research I see that this lady is a total scam. I'm currently pregnant and needed to replace my usual serums, (GrandeLASH, neuLASH and latisse), with one that are safe for me to use. I decided to try this serum based on the reviews. After about 1.5 months of applying twice per day, I see zero results. I emailed customer service and was told to be patient, "it generally takes 3-4 months(!!!)" until I MAY see results, although NOT guaranteed." I get that this formula is not as aggressive as the former ones I've used, however I also didn't expect for it to take THREE-FOUR MONTHS to see any results! Who wants to wait 3-4 months to see results??? By the time I see any results, new lashes will be generating so the ones I'd been waiting for will have fallen out. Another thing to note, they don't stand by their product and use "Covid" as an excuse to not offer refunds. Even if covid didn't exist, beauty companies would never recycle the used product and sell again. Refunds are generally offered when a merchant stands by their product. I waited for years to see her because I was having kids, breastfeeding etc. Finally, I had my last kid and was still breastfeeding, but wanted to go in for a consult to see what she would recommend for me for "facial optimization" with just injectables. I paid 1K for the consult. The list of things she gave me was over 10K. I typically have only ever gotten botox, and spent about $500 a session doing that, so this was a huge stretch for me. She even recommended Kybella for my kneck! I only gained 28 pounds with each of my kids and I had some weight on me from breastfeeding but definitely didnt need Kybella. Anyway, I go back to her when I'm done breastfeeding for the injections, and she's charging me 1K again for the consult. I almost started crying. She said the injections had to happen the same day, otherwise, its a new consult fee. After explainng the babies, etc and pleading with her, she looked at me and paused for about 20 seconds, stone cold dead eyes stare.... and said she would make an exception for this one time. She has like a million kids. Shes a mother! WTF. After all that, I dont even know what she did, if anything. On top of that, both times I had morning apts' and she kept me waiting over an hour (she was in 'surgery'). I hope this helps others realize they should take their money elsewhere. I purchased Dr. Lara Devgan's $50 lip plumper. It took 10 days to arrive and when it finally did I carefully read the instructions and proceeded to apply the product very sparingly and carefully inside my lip line. Within minutes I had a red patch the size of a quarter on my face. I took a photograph of my skin reaction and then sent them an email with the photo attached. I do want to underscore I kept the product well inside my lip line. Long story short their "customer service" rep informed me that would be no refunds under any circumstance. She said I could buy something else and pay the difference but NO refunds. I have since sent 4 emails to which I received no response. I sent one last email and they responded saying "sorry I can't help ... read the instructions". I would NOT trust this Dr. for anything. The fact that I sent a photo and very respectful email the day I received the product tells who they are and who are not!! I want to be clear that the stars do not reflect my horrible, awful and traumatic experience I had with Dr. Lara Devgan. I gave the stars so the platform will not push this review down. I went to see Dr. Devgan because of her very well done instagram of her showing how fabulous her patients look and what wonderful experiences they have. She is a master of promotion and wizardry. I booked a $500 consult to see what she would say about my appearance. She said I had a low brow, sagging eyelids and a lot of skin on my neck. I am 55 and take very good care of myself and have done Botox, Fillers, Laser, Facials, Peels for the last 10 years. That said, I am looking for the fountain of youth so I was ripe for the picking. My bad. Dr. Devgan suggested surgery which I was ready for. She suggested an upper Blepharoplasty, a lateral brow lift and a lower neck lift. I agreed to neck and lid but did not commit to brow. Her pricing is through the roof. I booked but her assistant then messed up the appointment and I had to move my date. (I want to point out here that her assistant was giving me medical advice and I found out later by chatting it up with her that she was an out of work actress). I was piled on with her other cases the day of surgery and I think she wanted to just get me in and out. I waited for two hours before going in. I did add on the brow lift because she said I would not be happy without it. I hired a private nurse for two nights and stayed at a hotel. My ear was killing me from the wrapping and the private nurse unwrapped and rewrapped me. She told me that the OR nurse made an error and folded my ear down, thus causing me tremendous pain. After a week, I was not healing well and called the doctor due to pain in my ear and I thought it might be infected. She told me to not pick my scabs. I was horrified and offended. I am a grown woman, why would I do that??? My right ear still hurt and I put a warm compress on it upon which green/yellow substance oozed out. No infection, huh? Total staph infection. Dr. Devgan agreed to see me. She lanced it which was incredibly painful. There was no apology, no bedside manner, no emotion whatsoever. I guess it must be really hard being a woman in med school because this woman is tough as nails with no bedside manner. I was in tears in her office from the trauma and pain....Her assistant handed me a tissue. Thanks. I also discussed my surgery and that my brow was in the same position with no lift. She went into doc mode throwing technical medical terms at me and also explaining that she is right handed and that is why the left is different?? HUH?? Dr. Devgan is excellent at hitting you with all her med terms so you are totally dazed and confused and feel like an idiot asking a question. She said she would do the brow lift revision at her expense. I asked for a refund which was promptly denied. I did go back and went head to head with her explaining all the emotional stress and anxiety she put me through. Of course I got nowhere with that. Dr. Devgan has a brand new townhouse on Park Avenue she is leasing that is filled with gallery artwork from famous artists. She has a huge staff and six kids to support and send to private school. When the Dr. finally came in I was told I needed to have my makeup removed so that she could take a better look at my face. She left me to take my makeup off with dry gauze and water. I placed an online order for the Sunshield and asked how long the expiration date would be on it. The customer service rep Abigail insisted that it would be for 2 years from me receiving it. I received the product and the bottom of the bottle lists, EXP 2/2022. I contacted Abigail and now she claims that it's not really an expiration date but rather a use by date and the product is good for 2 years past that date. Why would it say expiration but besides that, why would it be good for 2 years past even a use by date? I don't want to take the chance and use this on my young daughter with the hopes that I am being told the truth when everything points to the fact that I'm not. I had also not received my first package and was told that it would be looked into and that I would hear back from her but I never did. I contacted her and she tells me that she hasn't heard back from USPS and it can take up to 14 business days but that she would send out the product anyway (it had been 17 business days when I contacted her). Many doctors are quick to push you away and don't take their time just talking to you to understand you, but she always takes her time. Also, I've been to 3 doctors prior to finding Dr. Devgan, and I can say there is NO one I trust more. You can tell she has experience. I've been to places where the doctors really did not know what they were doing, and I wasn't happy with my results. I can honestly say I always come out of Dr. Devgan's office happy. I would be wary of going to Dr. Devgan for Botox and would strongly consider going elsewhere. She is clearly talented at fillers but it doesn't seem as though she is great with muscles. I have been to her for Botox and she did it pretty haphazardly leaving my face asymmetrical with excessive volume loss on one side and laxity on the other. I followed up with a different doctor a couple of months later wondering what went wrong and he was shocked. I saw dr devgan fearful about bruising. She told me her patients almost never bruise. She did cheek fillers and I immediately felt one area she injected hurt and I knew it may bruise. I expressed concern and asked if she thought it would be ok. I felt she was annoyed by me and rushed out of the room, like she wanted to get rid of me. Not at all reassuring. I wish I could give a zero or minus. I went to Dr. Lara Devgan after seeing her views and PR. Which they are great at. But it turned out to be biggest nightmare of my life. Her team manipulates you into services by pitching a different fee and making your sign online forms which has no scope to read and some of them they put their initials which are not even yours. Later the doctor comes and performs the procedures and then the fraud you by talking your card and charging money which you never authorized. They don't even give receipts. Later you have to follow up to get receipts when you see the amounts communicated and charged don't match they start threatening you. I am from India when my card company investigated and found the fraud she started it threaten me and telling me she will stop my entry to United States. She forgets that's as a doctor she and her team needs to follow ethics and not take customers for a ride. I had tremendous respect for her till this happened. The practice is beautifully designed and there is art throughout that is so calming and just validates that you are in a space that is of quality. Everyone I met including the receptionist, nurses, and patient coordinator were all very kind and answered any questions happily to make you feel at ease. The nurse and was so friendly gathering my history and applied a numbing ointment. Dr. Devgan was a ray of sunshine coming into the room and spoke to me about the various concerns. Very professional but warm at the same time. She took off the ointment with an alcohol pad and continues to sanitize the area above and below my lips. I will say that I wish the numbing did..more numbing lol. I was able to feel each time the needle was inserted which is why I rated 4/5 stars. The procedure did not take a long time, but the results were amazing! I literally cried (which was soooo embarrassing lol) But she was so very sweet and got me a tissue and was so happy that I loved them. I cannot describe the feeling of having one of your biggest insecurities erased in 20 mins time. I feel so much more confident and couldn't be happier. She gave me exactly what I had asked for, and still looked like me. She had explained the results I would see with 1 ml vs 2 ml's, and it being my first time I decided to be conservative but will be coming for more! I will most definitely be returning to Dr. Devgan in the future, just requesting the numbing ointment be left on longer haha. Highly recommend!! read more
