Mike returned my call within minutes and asked me to text pictures of the areas in need of repair. Once received, he texted a competitive quote and said he could take care of our job the same day (light workload that afternoon). His men arrived ahead of schedule, walked around our home to double-check areas in need of repair, masked work areas to protect pavers, worked efficiently, and completely cleaned up after themselves. The lead installer showed me their work prior to leaving to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I texted Mike afterwards, made payment, and asked a question afterwards about dry time prior to painting the patches. He was super responsive throughout this same-day process. We got four quotes and Scott was the only one that took the time to truly assess what needed to be done and included the wood repair as part of the initial quote. One company gave us a quote with the repair being an extra cost that would be added later while the other two said that all of the damaged wood would just be patched with Bondo, which given the extent of the damage did not seem prudent.
