My old 1968 electrical panel had some connectors that had been damaged over the years and there was no room for adding additional circuits. I had sent pictures of my old panel / service and a few days later Chris came out and took a look at it in person. Soon after, I was given the written quote. I felt it was a fair price, I signed the quote, and he came out and did the work less than two weeks later. He did an extremely neat / clean installation. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of the existing wiring was up to code. In a few cases he pulled new romex to replace some sections of cable that did not have a ground wire. The work looked professional and he even caulked around the box to be sure everything was water-tight. He coordinated well with the city inspector and PG&E because of the working relationships he has developed over the years.

The next time was because our hot tub company would not remove our old hot tub and install our new one due to regulations. The old hot tub had been in here many years before we bought the home, and I had cleaned it up and we used it for a couple of years without getting electrocuted, as had the previous owners! Nevertheless, they did a good job from the the box on the outside of our hot tub building to disconnecting and blocking off any switches or outlets inside. I had removed the French doors to get the new hot tub in and installed an industrial see through curtain to let more air and light in to go along with the skylights. Maybe we will get an electric car and call them out for help changing to a 220 as our hot tub building has, but the plug in hybrid works great for now!
