Highly recommend. Answered the phone on the weekend. Scheduled me for a same day appt. Tech called…read morewithin 30 minutes of arrival. Mill arrived discovered the issued immediately. Offered two options. Corrected the problem with our AC. Also, installed a new WiFi thermostat. Very pleased with the price, service and products.

I don't understand these positive reviews. I paid this company $100 to do an inspection. The kid…read more(and I do mean kid) that came out was able to show me on his tablet that the refrigerant in my central A/C unit is slightly below what would be considered a "good" level. I explained to him that my unit occasionally turns off and then back on in very short intervals. He wasn't able to offer any thoughts as to why that might be happening other than my unit is old. Fast forward 2 weeks. Today, I had a different company come out. Within 30 seconds of him taking off the same exact shield on the back of my A/C unit, he saw a frayed wire. Within 5 minutes he had replaced the wire and the problem was solved. One would think that the kid from Comfort Zone would have noticed it. The guy who was here today showed me the wire, it was RIGHT in front of exactly where the Comfort Zone kid hooked up the same diagnostic tools. If I'm paying to have my unit inspected, I'd think a company is actually INSPECTING the unit. I'm tempted to report this to the BBB. What a complete and utter rip off!!!

Very disappointed with Water Works Plumbing (Ferndale). On 06/16/2026, I called Water Works to…read moreschedule an appt to have a 2.5 gallon water tank installed, that I purchased, under my bathroom sink. The receptionist asked if it was a insta hot water tank. I said yes, it's a Mini Tank Water Heater. Note: These two tanks are the same except one heats faster and stays hot longer. The receptionist scheduled my appt. for the next day 06/17/2026. Plumber Michael came timely and was very nice. Micheal stared at the new tank for a minute then pulled out to manual. I asked Michael if he knew how to install this particular water heater tank. He said, "No". In other words, Michael did not know how do install this particular hot water tank. Why are you looking at the manual? He then stated, the tank was too large to install. MICHEAL STATED THE CHARGE FOR SERVICE WAS $195.00. I was shocked as Water Works Plumbing never quoted me a service fee or gave me an estimate. I then called Water Works Plumbing to tell them Michael did not do ANY work so why am being changed $195.00. The receptionist stated there is a service fee of $195.00 just to come out. I asked Water Work Plumbing if I returned the water heater tank for a smaller water heater tank today, could they come back tomorrow to install it, waive the service fee and just charge for the installation (labor). Water Works Plumbing said, "No". Water Works Plumbing charged me $195.00 plus 5% for using a debit/credit card totaling $204.75. I was forced to pay by card because Micheal could not take cash. I paid this ridiculous bill for 15 minutes of nothing . What a rip off. I will never use Water Works Plumbing again. As a previous Water Works Plumbing customer, I will be cutting ties with this business. SIDE NOTE: On 4/01/2026, Water Works Plumbing removed and kept the old 2.5 gallon water tank that they were replacing at the cost of, wait for it... $352.70. Should have learned then.

I gave Thornton and grooms a second chance to complete my AC inspection. They arrived as scheduled,…read moreI was the first call of the day the service man, Kyle was thorough and provided me with a step-by-step analysis of my AC. I decided to sign up for the yearly service plan, because of the quality services that I receive from Kyle. My original assessment of Thornton grooms was a one star, but I've upgraded it to a five star based on this appointment that I had today. The only thing that I could recommend for future appointments is that Thornton and grooms provide a two hour window for serviceman to come out. Otherwise, I can highly recommend this company.

Lucas arrived and was professional enough. He then quoted some outrageous prices. It was $700 to…read morereplace and install a cartridge in my kitchen faucet, $500 to install a new reverse osmosis faucet (supplied by me), and $1,300 to install a new reverse osmosis faucet (supplied by them). I said it seemed really high to charge $800 for a reverse osmosis faucet. I asked him to put the faucets back together and to talk with his manager about more reasonable pricing. He decided to get the pricing first. It was $600, $500, and $860, respectively, now. I said it was still high, but there was some value in getting it done today. I asked if he would be willing to check to see if the parts were in stock, and if they were, then I'd be willing to pay the high prices. He said he wouldn't do that because they probably were not in stock and he had spent to much time on my job without getting paid. I think they may work on commission. I also said while he was out talking to his manager that I learned my faucet company would send me a new cartridge for free. He asked why I didn't check before I came. Of course, I didn't know the problem until he told me during the service call. I know the one faucet is a nicer one (Waterstone), but the prices seemed outrageous. His attitude at the end when he realized he might not make a sale was the worst part of it, though.
