My consult with the PA here was fine and they talked to me about different options given that I was pregnant, including a more affordable independent pharmacy in Newtown Square that delivers medications and ends up costing less than pharmacy chains. However, I'm docking one star because trying to get ahold of staff on the phone and through email has been difficult to sort out a billing issue. Despite multiple voicemails and emails, I received one reply that "someone would call me within the day", which did not happen even after I tried following up.

The minute I stepped out of the elevator into their office I felt welcomed by all of them. In the spring I started a series of three UltraClear Lasser face treatments. I got my last treatment two weeks ago. The results are unbelievable! I don't have to wear any make up to even out my skin, hid my pores, sun spots or my acne scars, because after three UltraClear Lasser treatments they are gone. All I wear is sunscreen. That doctor took measurements and photos, did an extremely thorough examination, discussed in depth the surgery itself and what techniques would be used depending on findings, etc. He asked many questions to understand what my wife wanted and was very clear that recovery could take weeks. At Main Line the doctor took no measurements, did a cursory examination, and barely talked compared to our first consult. The before and after photos of past surgeries did not impress my wife. The consult felt rushed and impersonal. Then when left with the assistant to discuss costs, we were given different information on recovery than the doctor told us (bearing in mind that his recovery estimate seemed optimistic already). Suddenly, recovery time was as little as 2 days - which seems to be completely contrary to readily available information let alone logic. It seemed to me that the staff is trying hard to sell you and will talk in circles to do so. A breast reduction is not minor surgery, and to be told that my wife should be fine to wrangle our rambunctious 4 year old on her own by day 3 seemed incredibly irresponsible. She the followed up with nonsense about what type of vacation we can take the soonest after surgery (not a concern we raised) and 5 minutes needlessly rehashing that the cost is different depending on which surgery center we used. That they seemed so disinterested in providing details on the actual surgery and recovery, yet spent so much effort on relative nonsense, only served to further put us off. The cost was as expected. The sales tactics were not, and in my opinion it is quite a danger sign if an office tries to sell you on surgery likes it's a time share. And while this is subjective, the assistant in in our opinion needs to step away from the filler - the subjective judgment of beauty applied there was not what my wife was looking for with her surgery. This was consult 2 of 3 in my wife's search for the right surgeon. They can't all be winners ;)

It was exceedingly quick and non-eventful, and I didn't feel especially positive or negative afterward so I skipped leaving a review. Fast forward a couple years, and I develop a rash in my armpit and a cyst on my thigh all within a few weeks of one another. The rash was getting worse so I decided to make an appointment with a skin specialist. On the day I decided to do this, the office was closed, but I found you could schedule your own appointment via ZocDoc, which I did, for the very next day! The front desk staff were extremely nice, and the medical assistant who worked with me was even more kind. I'm kinda mad at myself that I forgot her name, but she was great. Ari Gordon was the PA who saw me, and he gave me answers/advice/prescriptions for all of my problems. While I was there I figured I'd also get a wart on my toe treated, which he did while doing his best to be supportive through the surprising amount of pain the cryotherapy caused. I have a follow-up scheduled with him in a few weeks and can now confidently say I had a good experience here and will be back! The whole process was very convenient and low-stress.
