My consult with the PA here was fine and they talked to me about different options given that I was pregnant, including a more affordable independent pharmacy in Newtown Square that delivers medications and ends up costing less than pharmacy chains. However, I'm docking one star because trying to get ahold of staff on the phone and through email has been difficult to sort out a billing issue. Despite multiple voicemails and emails, I received one reply that "someone would call me within the day", which did not happen even after I tried following up.

I do not recommend him at all. Plastic surgeons have told me I would not like the result if they took off the loose skin and would have a big, ugly scar. :( Just wish I could go back in time to say NO I don't want to do this procedure. I am in the process of trying to find another doctor. It's sad because that was a great office to go there if you have a skin problem. Two of my friends called and said they been waiting some time and they cannot get in to see a problem. I just want to Thank Dr. Ernest for his care and I wish him all the best in his retirement.

He has to be one of, if not tbe rudest medical professional ( I use that term loosely) that I ever met. I brought someone with me for support on my last appointment and he spent a good portion of my time talking about how big my friend was and the fact that he didnt have a scale in the office strong enough to weight him. He actually suggested both us join the biggest loser so we can be famous. All of my experiences in this office have been embarrassing or frustrating, if you do decide to try this doctor I hope you have a better experience than me. Good luck!
