So I decided to wash them because of some dirt, but when I did, the green color bled on the cream color. She were done. I called Nordstrom to explain and the guy went to go look at the shoes in the store and I asked is this normal for these shoes. Of course he did not know and that was fine, but then he said what do you want us to do. I told him I don't know and that is why I called.. I said ok and hung up. he worked in the shoe department because I was transferred to the shoe department.

Alexa was incredibly patient, sweet, and attentive throughout the entire process. She went back and forth countless times grabbing different sizes, colors, and styles, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. She genuinely cared about helping me find pieces that made me feel confident and comfortable. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service. Alexa went far beyond what is expected of her job, and she completely transformed what could have been a stressful shopping trip into such a fun and enjoyable experience. They also assisted me in choosing a great Matcha drink with oat milk that I had never tried before. Their patience with me not knowing anything about coffee drink was superb. I ordered the pistachio pastry and it was a nice sized portion and served room temperature. When I took a bite, that cream inside was so delicious and went so well with the bread and pistachio topping. While it was a little sticky, I sure enjoyed the heck out of it! The order only took about a minute to prepare and bag for me. I would highly recommend stopping by when you need a quick pick me up during the day when you pass by the Brickell city center.
