There are toiletries and coffee packets, a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, bathtub(getting harder to find, these days), A/C and flat screen tv. There are coffee and juice but that's it. The "new room smell" was quite strong, but the room was spotless and well-appointed. The view was amazing. We dined at the restaurant on site - good service, good food, great view. Bigby Coffee is not our favorite but it is certainly convenient. Plenty of parking, great amenities - we didn't have time to take advantage of the free bikes and kayaks but what a great option to have! The pool/hot tub/sauna are dated but it was clean and nice to have available. We would stay again if we come back this way.

It was just what the doctor ordered and aleviated my pain. I visited with my service dog and had no issues so long as he was wearing his vest. The staff was helpful and courteous. They even followed up with a text message to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The restaurant on site was quite pricy. I did not try the coffee shop that brewed their own local coffee. Our room was recently renovated. It was perfect for us since we parked right outside the door. It was tastefully decorated with scenes of Michigan's natural beauty. Outside, there was also a pathway along the lake to go for a stroll and enjoy the outdoors. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Escanaba!
