We booked the bikes from Germany 6 month in advance with just two email and a deposit. Hand-over of the bikes was quick and the owner shows us the bikes very well. First ride over 1,600 miles without something falls off. Hand-over after the trip was easy. Finally we safed about 350$ compare to the typical HD-Rental Companies. As soon as I knew I was getting married in Vegas, I knew I had to learn to ride a motorcycle to ride out to the Grand Canyon/Hoover Dam. I duly took my lessons, learned to ride and got a bike (not a harley) back in the UK. I read reviews online for as many hire places as i could find online, and found Escape Eagles hidden way below the "commercial" websites offering the moon on a stick, but you had to pay for the stick... Ralph was easily contactable, prompt in response and helpful and concise to deal with on the phone. My Uncle and I hired a V-Rod and Fat-Boy respectively to ride out to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon, via Lake Mead - We got some awesome scenery, and the bikes were absolutely fantastic. The only complaint I could find on the Fat-Boy is that the left hand grip had come loose in the heat, but given that it'd done 60,000 miles and the glue melting in the grip was the only thing I could fault, I'd hardly call it a deal-breaker. The bikes were meticulously maintained and both shone like a star as Ralph wheeled them out of the workshop for us to ride. Rather embarrassingly we headed a little too far out for our 8 hour rental, and were not going to make it back on time for our 5pm deadline. I called Ralph and explained our situation, and whilst one of the bikes was supposed to be out the next morning, he didn't give us any crap. Just reasonable late-fee's and the option for us to get back asap, or drop them in first thing. Ralph asked that we had them back by 8am the following morning, but we were there at 7... so was he. Handover was easy and although we'd missed our drop off window, Ralph was still friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend, Thanks Ralph for an awesome first Harley Experience. read more

Best part of our trip to Vegas was renting a Honda Goldwing from these guys. Easy renting. Smooth process. Price for us for 24 hrs was $170 plus tax. Helments and gloves provided. We did our own GPS. They are open daily. When we returned the bike there wa a sign to call a # as they had stepped out. Ordered our own cab only for the guy to roll up and offer to call a company he's aligned with for cab business as it's too hard to get anyone to come out there. Goldwing was just like ours at home. They helped us get to Zion from Vegas and the Heritage Softail was well maintained and clean for my wife and I. Minimum deposit compared to others, accommodated my schedule with the 3 different bikes and accommodated a last minute schedule change on my part.
