Walked by and got talking with Terri and decided we're in. 3 hours of pure bliss as we drove the scenic mountain road on Mt. Charleston! 6000 ft elevation. Lots of twisty winding roads with plenty of lookouts. Great time. I would highly recommend these guys as they made it simple, affordable and were a pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to do it again. The day before I got an email with instructions and you're able to checkin. This saves time at the counter. We didn't realize it at the time but where they park the cars is a small area. We came an hour early hoping to start the day early but our car wasn't there yet. I recommend when you are checking in online to set an earlier time if you need it. The only problem is you're only able to set the pickup time and cannot change the drop off time. Not sure if you can change that at the desk. Anyways, we were told to come back at our regular time as they had to get the car. We came back and everything was smooth. Remember to bring your passport if you are not from US in addition to your driver's license and payment cards. I declined their offer of insurance and so they asked about your insurance company and policy number. After that they went through where to pick up the car. It's a little confusing. You go out the doors, turn right and walk a few steps and it's on the right. It is a small area. Thankfully we had a small car as I had read some reviews where people had trouble dropping off due to limited space. Since there was no one doing a walkaround the car, I took pictures of all the scratches I found. Drop off is a little confusing to get back to the area as to enter it's behind the Planet Hollywood. Once we found it, there were lots of cars already parked. We had a small car so was able to fit into a little space. Then I dropped off the keys in the drop box by the desk where I came in the morning. All in all a good experience, just be prepared for the things mentioned above. It is super convenient having that in our hotel and we'd use Enterprise again.

It was ratty looking and unsafe to drive. It had scratches, dents old, cracked tires with hardly any tread on them. It was missing a hub cap on the front driver's side. This vehicle should be put out to pasture. I would be embarrassed to rent this out. So, we went in to exchange it. Sure, enough one was available but it's an upgrade. Basically, cost you more money. Fine try to stay positive on vacation here. So, we got a nice Nissan Sentra with California plates. Good tires, nice clean paint job and no noticeable dents on it. We hopped in and I noticed it had just over a half of a tank of gas. This is a first for me. I've rented cars before and always started with a full tank. Anyways apparently at Enterprise you must match the level of gas when you got the car as to when you return it. I returned it with more gas than what I started with. Do you think Enterprise with credit you? Not a chance.

We didn't want to deal with the airport rental car cesspool, so I chose to pick up the car from this location, which is at the Bellagio (despite what other reviewers may say!). There was one person ahead of us picking up their car. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He even extended my rental a few hours so I could drop off at midnight instead of my original 8 pm drop off time. He was careful to inform me that my rental Corolla had a dent on the door and to provide documentation for me in case it wasn't previously noted. The car was pretty standard for a rental and served its purpose. The best part was that I was able to zip around town for two days and use only a quarter of a gas tank. I would not hesitate to rent from this Avis again, though do note that they are closed from noon to 1 pm for lunch!

I do have to highlight the amazing customer service; the front desk representative was very kind and even gave me an upgrade. However, $60 convenience fee was appalling. I mean, I understand that things in Vegas are pricy but damn, $60 for convenience fee where I had to pay $35 to convenience myself to this location; I digress. Overall, the rental car was clean but I do recommend cleaning it down with some antibacterial wipes to prevent the spread of COVID.
