This was during normal business hours. There was no voicemail box set up so I couldn't leave a message. Next I texted them. No response. Then I went on theit website and sent an email through their contact form. No reply. At that point, I didn't have time to keep chasing them. The day of the appointment I was charged for the full service on my credit card. I then called the salon again. I explained the issue and requested a refund. I was told that the owner would call me back. I never received a call. Beware if you need to cancel anything! I will never patronize their salon again.
