She got so upset, that I was questioning her techniques, that she sternly said to me..."YOU AREN'T A HAIR STYLIST" and then told me, "SHE WAS FINISHED" and then told me to leave her salon. Better Business Bureau here I come...I would not send my dog there for a trim. She thinks that just because she has been cutting hair for 34 years that she knows what is best for her customer. I was very pleased with my new cut and the experience overall especially given the spontaneous nature of my appointment. The salon it's self was very cute, had a nice coffee station and a great overall feel. Cut its self (wash, cut, blow dry and style) was $30 which I think is very reasonable. Very happy!
