I'm a big fan of escape rooms and love doing them with my friends. My best friend recently wanted to do one for her birthday so we tried this one out. The staff was really welcoming and friendly. The place was pretty cool too and well done. We did a scary room and it was a bit difficult (with a jump scare or two) but we managed to get out! OMG! So, I love to watch movies relating to escape rooms. It fascinates me on the riddles, clues and tricks to escape a room. So, my friends and I came to physically experience the escape rooms. This establishment prides them self on all the hard work, thought and ingenuity to create an unforgettable experience. Our first visit was "Enter the Nether" and our second visit "Escape the beast", we try escaping but we failed. The clues are very good, you just have to pay attention and bring people that can help. My friends were helpful but we stank. We definitely want to experience the other rooms and see what they come up in the near future. Totally recommend this establishment, it's not crowded, is clean, spooky, smells like the theme, trust me you guys are goi g to love it. PS: To my hosts at escape-topia, I totally suggest to create the rooms based on expertise levels, like a room for beginners, one for advance and one for experts. So that at least we can say I passed the first first room. read more

This is by far the best escape room I've been to. I've tried other companies and this one definitely beat them all starting from when you walk into the lobby. The lobby gives it that mysterious vibe and makes you feel like it's real. I think having that "look" definitely helps with the ambiance of "the escape". Very accommodating, informative, and friendly. I can say, unless you are coming from out of town to visit, you will not make it a one trip even. You will return there to try another room. In a time when escape rooms are popping up all over the place, it's hard to separate the milk from the cream. Escape-topia, first and foremost, is an attraction with all horror based escape room concepts. Current rooms are "Escape the Beast" and "Zombie Escape". The room names may sound ominous, but they aren't scare-jump rooms, they are cerebral and engaging. The puzzles are challenging, but not so difficult that a team cannot effectively escape. The decor of the place is impeccable; the lobby looks like a turn-of-the-century hotel lobby and candy and refreshments are offered at no charge to participants. The attendant is dressed to the nines, a smile on their face that is eager to ask you if you've done an escape room before and what were your favorite aspects of the other room(s). The bathroom is clean and maintained. There is a mural in there, so you know these cats care about the place. I can't wait for their third room to open up. Any excuse to get back to Escape-topia is fine by me. I can't wait for a voting system to open up so I can vote this my favorite escape room ever. Until then, keep it creepy y'all! read more

We are escape room enthusiasts so when we were on vacation in Florida we knew we wanted to play a room at Escape-topia. We booked the Escape The Beast room for our group of five. They don't offer private bookings but we were not paired with anyone else, which was great, this room was the perfect size for 5 people. Our game master was Kraig and he was excellent. You can get 3 hints "for free" and you access them by picking up a phone in the room and calling the hotel lobby. We loved this level of immersion the game and I'm pretty sure we used all three hints. This room is creepy, but not overly so. I am the group scaredy cat and I was totally fine. It's also a searching-heavy room so LOOK EVERYWHERE. We escaped with like 5 minutes left. Really enjoyed this room and we were happy we stoped by on our Florida vacay! read more

We went tonight with 4 of us, booked the whole room so we weren't with random people. All 4 of us love to do escape rooms together and were always looking for new ones to try. We got there around 950 for our 10 o clock reservation and there were puzzles on the tables in the lobby including a locked chest with a prize inside if you could solve the code. Super friendly place, easy to find location. We did the carnival room with a 28% (something like that) success rate of solving and we got out with 25ish minutes to spare! Definitely had to use our brains and figure out the puzzles, which weren't easy, we used 3/4 clues. We solved the puzzle in the lobby before we left and won a prize - which was a cool souvenir. We will absolutely be back, thanks for the hospitality! One of the best escape rooms we've been do, very well organized and the overall setup was awesome. read more

Me and my boyfriend went in as a last minute activity before heading home and the owner is incredible. You can tell he's passionate and super sweet. We did the carnival room and it was ... terrifying . It was challenging and creative as well. I screamed and ran out of one of the rooms at a certain point in the game . Ok we lost! We totally lost. My team were losers but we had a blast. We did the zombie room and we were kicking butt and then just got hung up on one clue in the last few minutes. Regardless, it's a cool, safe area to find and candy is at the front waiting for you to get the sugar high you need in order to take on the zombies. If you like scavenger hunts or puzzles, then you should do this. If you need a couples night with a bunch of friends, grab a dinner and come here. Ladies don't even have to worry about where to our their purse, because they even provide lockers for your valuables. Definitely a great thing to do with friends! read more

I've been to an escape room before and the live action intrigued me. I went with some friends who did more escape rooms than me. We did the zombie escape room and they did a great job with the whole theme. It was creepy and exciting. The puzzles were challenging but my friends son was able to help out. This is the best escape room I've experienced. The puzzles were extremely stimulating and enjoyable. I loved the theme of the room we had and it was a bit spooky but not enough to where you need a safe word! I came for my cousins birthday party with a group of 8 and it was perfect for us. I would recommend this location to anyone that's looking to have fun with a normal to large group of friends. They've had bachelor and bachelorette parties here and it's such a great ideas. Okay here we go, this escape room was interesting, me and nine other girls did the clown room for one of our birthdays. We start off with a warmup box and craig tried his best to help us, but we couldn't solve it. Then he went over the rules and we all fell in love with craig. The first room of the clown escape room was challenging but do able and we used 2 clues and solved it in around 15 minutes. Then the second room, we basically ran out of time due to the fact that we kept losing things and didn't know we could use both rooms for about 25 minutes. The rooms get HOT which is supposed to make it harder for you to think but ended up making us miserable. some swearing occurred and we got spooked by craig. In the end we finished with extra help (and time) from Craig. Craig gets 10 outta 5 stars and deserves a raise The escape room get like a 3.75 bc it was more seek and find and less logical. ps craig if you're reading this week acting or voice actor read more

This was my 4th escape room, but my first time at Escape-topia. The experience here was by far better than any other place we've been before. The staff are great and immerse you into the room. They really dive you into the scene and make the experience feel real. We did The Nether, which was a great theme, but not for beginners. Can't wait to try their other rooms! read more

Absolutely amazing !! The owner should be super proud of himself because this is truly an experience I won't forget! Our room looked like the set of stranger things it was so cool! The room was difficult it definitely was super well thought out, there was a lot of homemade elements and puzzles that were intricate and one of a kind ! If you want to go to the best of the best go here no doubt best experience ever we want to go again already and we went yesterday. My only advice to owner ( not super important) but instead of bracelets maybe do a sticker instead people don't wear many bracelets anymore but I would put stickers on everything and it's extra advertising as well!!! read more

This was my second trip to Escape-topia. The first time we did Escape the Beast, which was a fun experience. We came back again for my wife's birthday to do Enter the Nether, their latest escape room, which was craftily designed for a highly challenging and thrilling experience. You start out by stepping into a boy's bedroom in the 1985 that really takes you back. Without giving away the surprises, I would say the crew at Escape-topia really went over-the-top with this room. This was our first escape room. The place was easy to find. The host was very funny and helpful. We did the "Escape the Beast". We did not win and was almost done and was at the last puzzle. Considering this was our first escape room and with just three of us it was good. We loved it. It kept us busy the whole hour and we had lots of fun.
