Our home suffered major storm damage the night before my appointment and I contacted the Spa immediately the next morning. I explained my unfortunate situation and the owner Mark was totally unsympathetic or understanding. I regularly used Audris as my therapist, as she was extremely knowledgeable of my previous U.S. Armed Forces services and the physical conditions I suffer from. Previously I had NEVER canceled an appointment the same day but was hopeful the team at Massage Spa would take my patronage history into consideration. They did not. I will NEVER return to Massage Spa and I will advise everyone I know not to visit their establishment, especially if they are a military Veteran and expect to receive any professional courtesy or consideration.
